When we arrived, I told the receptionist that I have booked 2 rooms, he insisted that it is 1 room only! I had paid for both rooms and had to show him the confirmation. As soon as I showed him the confirmation, he suddenly said, yes! Okay! He had my reservation already and I found what he did very unprofessional. Also, the rooms shower fixtures were super dirty and the door of the shower was broken.

Hotel sisteminde odanin odenmis ve onay emaili olmasina ragmen gorunmuyordu rezervasyon 45 dk ya yakin bizi orda bellettiler ve. Bize siz halledin dediler sesimizi cikarmasak bizi gecenin 1 in de ortada birakacaklardi!!

Durch meine vielen Geschäftsreisen kenne ich mitlerweile auch einen normalen Standard bzgl. Hotels & Motels. Bei unserem Aufenthalt mussten wir leider die Erfahrung machen, dass die Decke klamm und löchrig war. Das Bettbezug hatte Flecken. Die Fugen im Bad dreckig und schimmlig waren. Wir suchten zusätzlich das Gespräch: Als Antwort bekamen wir z.B.: Das Bettlacken ist frisch gewaschen, leider bekomm ich die Flecken nicht raus. Ich kann Ihnen für die Decke eine neue geben. Das Alternativzimmer ist leider im Bad auch verschmutzt. Im großen und Ganzen: Wenn man nicht empfindlich ist - ein perfektes Angebot. wenn man auf Sauberkeit achtet, sollte man lieber sich etwas anderes suchen.

Helt ok hotell. Ser bedre ut enn det er, men det er rent. Maten var veldig skuffende. Vi tok en spa behandling og den var veldig bra. Vi endte opp med å kutte oppholdet og ble bare en matt istedet for to som bestilt.

hôtel bien placé toutes commodités personnels très accueillant surtout Mr OMAR responsable resto le seul hic le ménage des chambres est nul,important personne ne parle Français est c'est décevant .
