Lovely hotel, great location. The restaurant and bar were really nice. Pool area was clean and well maintained. As others have said, the hotel has a policy about outdoor food & drink around the pool, which is a little frustrating when you’ve booked a self catering holiday, but we just went back to our room to eat on the balcony.

I couldn’t fault the staff. They were 💯 on point. Breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold food. The room and amenities were excellent. Just one fault that I don’t like, which us a personal preference, is a glass bathroom door! Not my favourite. We gad a great top floor room either a pool and sea view.

The location of this property is great! We were upgraded on arrival which was lovely of the hotel to do this. The room was an apartment room with kitchenette, dining/lounge area and a lovely patio. The pool area is lovely and getting a bed was never a problem. Check in and out was so easy and the reception staff very helpful, answering all our questions. Breakfast was varied although scrambled egg would have been appreciated as some mornings we struggled to find something we fancied. All in all, I would return to this hotel and recommend it although would warn anyone about the breakfast options!

Wonderful hotel in a convenient place for all shops and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the cleaners are efficient and professional. Nice and quiet if that's what you want. Most of the team are very friendly and professional. Special mention for Dila who works in the bar and restaurant. She's an angel who cannot do enough for you without being pushy. Dila has soooo much useful information from the nicest bars and restaurants to good places for a haircut. It was a pleasure to meet her and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Hotel is in the ideal location, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and had balcony but was a bit small (DBL room, Mountain View). This was fine for our 3 night stay but would upgrade if staying longer.

Not my first stay at Samira and its still as fantastic as the previous times. Erhart, Mamoon and all the staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you. Looking forward to returning again sometime soon.
