We had a lovely time all the staff are lovely Room was gorgeous and very clean. Bed was massive and so comfortable . Bottle of wine in room on arrival and the view was stunning. Pool that was open outside was heated other pools and decking was being maintained as we went out of season but more then adequate. For future reference could do with toilets open also on far side of other pool. But a beautiful well maintained hotel our 5 visit we’ll go again later in the year

Sie haben sich rührend um die Kinder gekümmert, und unsere Tochter war so begeistert, dass sie gar nicht mehr weg wollte. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch. Erwähnen möchte ich auch, dass alle Probleme sehr schnell, effizient und zeitnah gelöst wurden. Auch das hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die Assistenz. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Alles war exzellent und auf höchstem Niveau, und wir planen, im Frühling wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank an alle für den hervorragenden Service!

The best staff of all Belek hotels we have stayed in, and it has been most of them. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful and the food is wonderfully abundant to choose from and for the first time in any hotel in Turkey, the cakes, pies, tarts and such each have their own taste. Sounds strange but typically they all taste the same: cheap colored variations of the same thing, just looks different. Their Medivik cake was heaven. Rooms were great, although we were not in a larger room this time, it was more spacious and well designed than we expected. The many restaurants and lounges, bars were great. Best whiskey sour in the main lounge. The staff made the stay though, one has the feeling they very much love working there.

Only downside to staying in november was the kids pool outside was closed and the warm pool outside was too deep for the kids. Poolside facilities and beach area really nice. Staff all very helpful.
