Absolutely incredible. Can’t wait to go back! Food was endless, with so many a la Carte restaurants as well as the food court and buffet. Beautiful well-kept grounds with helpful and friendly staff. Great stay at Rixos Premium. We were 4 and got big and spacious connecting rooms with a view to the sea. Plenty of dining options - highly recommend the a la carte restaurants, but make sure you are quick on the app to book your spot. Pools & beach both very nice

The staff are very pleasant and helpful everywhere in the hotel - from the rooms to the beach to the kids club and restaurants Room cleaning has been outstanding We loved every bit of the food and the variety. We had the chance to eat at Turquoise severally, people’s, the Italian one, the food court and Aksam. Access to the Land of Legends was also exquisite. Would definitely do this again

Amazing stay with amazing staff

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days on a family trip. Our assistant was Esra, who was very kind and took good care of us. We were very impressed by her good service. The food at Rixos was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the kids had fun at the kids club. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. At Godiva Cafe, the serving staff was not very visible, so it was difficult to order and I did not feel friendly. I hope it could be improved a little.
