Nice pool areas and the main building was in good condition. Our bungalow rooms were max ⭐️⭐️ as the rooms were not clean and some things were broken. The cleaning of the rooms was poor and for example you could see that there was a lot of stuff under the beds (slippers, empty bottles, trash...). Bathrooms were clean and nice. At the a la carte restaurant we did not get what we ordered and on the departure day we got 3 breakfast boxes but we had ordered 6 boxes. There was always something to eat and drink and the staff at the buffet restaurant was friendly. There were only couple of other western people staying at the hotel. Very good evening shows.

The hotel is pretty good, the food is delicious. We like it. But the rooms are a bit old and it should be renovated. The restaurant area is not big enough for all the guests usually you are in the queue for getting food and you need to find the empty table.

Lack of English speaking staff that could be quite rude… If you advertise in Europe they should have English speaking staff.. Russians are the main customers here, they speak Russian & Turkish but no English…

Odalar düzenli ve temizdi,yemekler böyle bir seviyede otele yakışmayacak şekilde basitti ızgarada hergün hindi ve tavuk dışında bir şey görmedik alacart restoran tamamen komedi çok basit ve özellikle alacart restoranın olduğu yerde oturduğum masa pis atık kuyusu gibi bir şeyin yanındaydı yüzlerce siyah sinekle beraber yemek yedik akşam etkinlikleri çok basit müzik kalitesi çok çok kötü dj performans hergün aynı müzikleri çaldı diyebilirim kimse farkında değil mi bilmiyorum kokteyller nerdeyse alkolsüz ve yapanlar profesyonel değil 1 kişi hariç oda zaten işi bıraktı çok güzel kokteyller hazırlıyordu deniz ve havuz güzel plajı temiz bunlardan çok memnun kaldık

Wifi sorunluydu. Hem heryerden çekmşyordu hem de her seferinde şifreyi reception giriyordu. En az 30 ülke gezdim 5 yıldızlı bir otele yakışmadı. Ayrıca clubnpdalar gğya yenilenmiş ama sifon arızalıydı. Oda telefonu vardı ama kablosubyokyu. Söyleyince gelip yaptılar. Otelin beyni bizce mutfağı. Özenle hazırlanan yemekler gerçekten kaliteli malzemelerle hazırlanmış. Daha konforlunosaları hakediyor otel.

Ailecek 3 gece konakladık. Tesis her şeyi düşünmüş. Çok memnun kaldık. Hizmet veren bir tesisin memnuniyetini anlamak için misafirlerini gözlemlerim. 1 tane mutsuz misafir görmedim. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Alanya’dan Çeşmeye kadar bir çok otel ile çalışmış bir Enerji Yöneticisi (Mühendisi) olarak yazıyorum. Yönetimi ve çalışanları ayrı ayrı tebrik ederim. Bizler de mutlu,huzurlu ve dinlenmiş bir şekilde otelden ayrıldık. Teşekkürler Queen’s Park Hotel

Her yaşa hitap eden bir otel. İster aileniz ile ister arkadaşlarınız ile gelin. Biz 3 erkek arkadaş geldik ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Yemekler gerçekten özenlikle yapılmış ve bol seçenekliydi. Et, tavuk ve balık çeşitleri ayrıca tatlılar da çok güzeldi. Havuz güzel ve yeterliydi ama Deniz gerçekten daha güzel iskeleden atlamak çok eğlenceliydi. Çalışanların pozitif enerjisine hayran kaldık bizlerle sürekli sohbet ettiler gerçekten çok güzel bir otel herkese öneririm.

Otel eski bir tesis olmasına rağmen genel olarak keyifli bir konaklama sundu. Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazla değil ancak lezzet açısından idare eder. Plaj ve havuz alanları güzel ve ihtiyaçları karşılayacak düzeydeydi. Ancak bar sayısı ve hizmet kapasitesi yetersiz kalıyor. Özellikle yoğun saatlerde bekleme sürelerini azaltmak için barlarda çalışan personel sayısının artırılması faydalı olacaktır. Spa alanında temizlik, bakım ve hizmet kalitesi yetersiz kalıyor. Ayrıca havlu teslim ve iade saatleri konusunda çalışanlar tarafından sürekli farklı bilgiler veriliyor Ayrıca havluların günde yalnızca bir kez verilmesi oldukça anlamsız bir uygulama. Havlu noktalarının plaj ve havuz çevresinde bulunması ya da en azından aquapark bölgesine bir havlu değişim noktası eklenmesi gerekir. Mevcut durumda havlu almak veya değiştirmek için köprüyü geçip geri dönmek oldukça zahmetli oluyor. Odalar temiz, geniş ve kullanışlı; ancak bakım eksiklikleri göze çarpıyor. Özellikle klima çok fazla ses çıkarıyor. Klima çalışırken uyumak neredeyse imkânsız hale geliyor. Bu konuda bakım ve yenileme yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Gittiğimizde hava ara ara yağışlıydı ondan olsa gerek diye düşünüyorum çocuk oyun parkı biraz kirliydi temizleniyordu ama yeterli değildi, oyun parkının oraya bir iki bank konulabilir. otelde hiç alaturka tuvalet yoktu, klozet kullanmayan ya da yeni tuvalet eğitim almış çocuklar için önemli bir detay. otelin içinden plaja inen yol ve yanlardaki çimenler palmiye ağaçları görünüm muhteşem. Genel olarak otel temizdi Otelin konumunu beğendik Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi Özellikle restoran bölümünde çalışan personeller ve caffe house da çalışan Kutay beyin gülen yüzüyle görevini büyük bir özveriyle ve severek yaptığı dikkatimizi çekti. Otelin konfor, temizlik, eğlence ve çalışanların kibarlığından çok memnun kaldık. Rahatsız olduğumuz tek konu Hamamcıların (SPA çalışanlarının) gece düzenlenen eğlence ve aktivitelerinde misafirlerin arasında, misafirmiş gibi eğlenmeleri hoş değildi.

Kapanış öncesi güzel havada tatil şansı

Otelin sezon kapanışına denk geldik. Personel ve ikramlarda azalmalar vardı. Fiyatlarda özel indirim vardı. Otelin konumu güzel, denize sıfır, arkada dağ manzarası var. Hava da güzeldi, çalışan personelin güler yüzlüydü. Animatör Güray bey, Resepisyondaki arkadaşlar çok kibar ve ilgili davrandı. Volebol oynadık, havuz soğuk olunca bolca denize girdik. Deniz temizdi. Sahil kısmı başta çakıllı. Akşamları soğuk oldu. Kalın kıyafetleri de giydik. Açık büfe yemekler standarta yakındı. Pideleri beğendim. Fazla kalabalık da yoktu. Sonuçta memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Berbat bir deneyim !!

558 no şu odada kaldım bu yaşıma kadar bir çok otelde konakladım ama böylesini görmedim hem temizlik vasattı hem oda da bir kanepe vardı görülmeye değer gerçekten bitik yazılacak çok şey var ama uğraşamayacağım en basiti klozet yerden bir buçuk metre yüksekte düşünün ki 180 boyum var ayaklarım yere değmiyor o derece benim için berbat bir deneyimdi muhtemelen son olur da 4 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen çok daha kaliteli ve düzgün oteller biliyorum buna 5 yıldızı veren sisteme de yazıklar olsun
