It’s my second time to stay in this hotel with my family, no words can describe how much i enjoyed my stay (the place, the personnels , the environment, pools,aquapark, the sea, the night shows and entertainment facilities and activities,food variety,everything was great) , they made our stay fantastic, I highly recommend this hotel& I wouldn’t ever visit Alanya and even think to stay in another hotel ! One extraordinary thing about this hotel was is ( At checkout, we checked out at 7:00 am, the receptionist gave us bags ( already prepared) with sandwiches, cakes, juice, water, fruit ! It was something I never ever have experienced in any hotel I’ve been to in my whole life, thank you Pegasos team you made our stay magical ❤️one last thing, I asked for early check in since our flight was too early and yes our family room was already ready , thank you AQI Hotel team

Most of staff were nice. But Mehmet at the reception was not nice and supervisor. I had a couple of questions but dreaded going to reception. Had to go several rounds back and forth and made sure he didn’t stand there. The food was also little varied and tasty.

It's a lot of cats,im allergic on cats big time..they was every where, in restaurants, in bars,in pool and on the beach..i have breakdowns on my skin so bad,i was bleeding. And when i talk with manager about- they don't care..my vacation was distroyed.

What a delightful stay! 🏖️ The beachfront was absolutely stunning with plenty of umbrellas and comfy sunbeds. The staff were incredibly friendly and their service was truly exceptional. The beautiful, well-kept gardens really added to the charm. 🌳 A fantastic value for the money Highly recommend. the food selection was plentiful, some meals didn't quite hit the mark taste-wise.

Great stay

We had a lovely 4 day visit. Plenty of different pools and slides for the kids. Great food-really spoiled for choice and plenty of variation. Lovely spacious rooms.

Absolutely nice location wonderful food. It was amazing. If you wanna try a little Turkish food and Mediterranean kitchen this is the best place to go staff clean. Everything was perfect. I will go back again..

Old buildings but clean hotel. Safe beautiful beach and great location. Several entertainment activities over the day. Nice waterpark. Delicious food. I will not hesitate to visit hotel again. Cons: Wi-Fi, spa-hammam, waiters

Pegasos resort

Pegasos Resorts was what we hoped for in an All Inclusive holiday. They provided for everyone. The pools and grounds were immaculate. Right on a private beach. The food was great and a different selection at the buffet each night. The staff we very polite. Would definatly recommend this resort.

I'll give my stay 7/10. The Resort has good capabilities in terms of pools and recreational facilities but lacks minor issues that affect your confort, e.g. good WiFi network, reliable safe lock, good AC in rooms, etc...

Family holiday May ‘23.

Great place to stay, very clean, from the rooms to the hotel itself, and even outside, the place was kept spotless. 2A 4C, boys age 16, 14, 12, and 10 had so much fun with loads of games to keep them entertained. The animation staff were amazing taking time always to stop and have a chat with them. Great choices to eat, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also great shows on in evening with a choice of three to choose from. Overall a great holiday and we would all definitely go back again.

Alles ist perfekt organisiert. • Dania von der Guest Relation: Sie ist die gute Seele des Hotels! Mit ihrer herzlichen, professionellen und hilfsbereiten Art kümmert sie sich um jedes Anliegen. • Mehmet Ali aus dem Restaurant: Ein absoluter Spitzen-Mitarbeiter! Sein erstklassiger Service, seine Aufmerksamkeit und seine Freundlichkeit haben uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. • Das gesamte Personal: Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Service oder beim Housekeeping – alle sind extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und arbeiten mit einem Lächeln. Uitstekend hotel, veel ruimte, voldoende ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Fijn dat het ook vlak aan het strand ligt. Heel lekkere en uitgebreide buffetten. Airco op de kamer was best luidruchtig. Gezamenlijke sanitaire plaatsen waren lastig schoon te houden maar lag misschien eerder aan andere vakantiegasten dan aan het onderhoudsteam (die best vaak tussentijds kwamen schoonmaken)
