Ein Luxus Hotel aber leider nicht Pet Hotel. Erstmal mal positive; Das Essen war sehr gut, Service Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns gefreut das wir mit unserer Liebsten zusammen Urlaub machen können aber leider sie dürfen mit ihm nur draußen sitzen. 😳 schon beim reception waren die sehr unfreundlich wir müssten 40 Euro für die Nacht bezahlen damit er in die Zimmer darf! Der receptionist war sehr dominant und unfreundlich. Er hat alles besser gewusst und wir haben gelogen nach seiner Meinung. Sie können hier ihr Hund oder Katze nur abgeben im Nebengebäude sonst können sie nur im Garten wie alle anderen Hotels.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal … extra großes Lob an Esra und ihr Team.. keine Wünsche offen gelassen Auch das Aktivitätenteam um Tuncay und James hat dafür gesorgt dass nie Langeweile aufkam
