The room was acceptable, but the property itself was poorly maintained. The shower was broken, and the handwash dispenser had been filled with water. Housekeeping was provided only every three days, and breakfast was included only once for the entire stay, none of which had been mentioned when we booked the hotel. The hotel is not located near a beach as shown in the photos. The pools were dirty and open to guests. This was the least satisfactory of the three places we stayed in Turkey. In contrast, Antalya is a truly beautiful city and the best we visited in Turkey.

We stayed in room no 112, which was very nice as the pool was right in front of our room. For five people, this room is absolutely convenient. The employees were very friendly and helped where they could. Perfect for a few days, but also absolutely recommended for longer stays. Family friendly and super comfortable. Definitely coming back.

Terrible hotel the staff member thought he was entitield and felt he was superiour than the paying customer his ciggrette break was more important than the client. Hotel was smelly and broken Even guests warned us not to stay Thank god we booked another hotel where staff were welcoming and roims were clean. And cheaper than this so called hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. There was construction happening behind the building, and starting at 7 AM they began hammering nails. The noise was unbearable. We requested to change rooms several times, but they did not address our complaints. The breakfast bread was moldy. The sofa in the lounge was burnt on one side and broken, making strange noises every time you sat or stood up. The shower was broken — when you turned on the water, it would just stop. Cleaning was nonexistent; the hygiene was zero. Overall, this hotel is completely unacceptable.

Disgusting property. No where near as advertised. Rats and Stray dogs around and inside the property. A green swimming pool and I can 100% assure you none of the pictures of this property on Expedia reflect the actual property. No working lifts, broken tiles everywhere wallpaper peeling off, stinking tick ridden stray dogs all in the bistro eating area, live electrical wires in the bathroom and supposed lounge area in the room, mold and dirt all over the beds - save yourself the trouble in all my years I have never ever ever been somewhere that is as disgusting as this place.

We recently stayed at MRT Suites Lara, but unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. The main issue was cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene standards were not maintained. The kitchen was missing basic essentials, and no proper toiletries were provided. We had to go out and buy things like toilet tissue ourselves, which is not what you expect when staying at a hotel. The pool was also very dirty, so we couldn’t use it at all, which was very disappointing as it is one of the main facilities. When we arrived, the room we had selected wasn’t even ready, which caused inconvenience right from the start. The jacuzzi in the room was another major issue — when we tried to use it, dirty water came out, which was completely unacceptable. The shower area had visible mold, and there was no fresh smell or fragrance in the room — instead, there was an unpleasant odor throughout. Overall, the hotel really needs to improve its cleaning, maintenance, and basic guest facilities. Guests should not have to worry about such basic things during their stay.

Wasn’t great, floors were dirty in the room and lots of dust, bathroom dirty and toilet broken. Breakfast very average. Kennell next door and dogs barking from 4am. Also saw Floors around pool being cleaned and residue going into pools. Photos are deceiving. Used as a holding hotel for 1 night as close to airport. Would not stay again or recommend.
