Helt forferdelig, hotell

Bare rot fra dag en, hadde ikke rom til oss når vi kom midt på natten, skulle ha to rom, men fikk bare ett, vi var fem stykker, men fikk bare fire senger første natten, grusom opplevelse, møkkete og fælt, fikk nye håndklær bare fem ganger, det ble ikke skiftet sengetøy, det værste jeg har opplevd noen gang, aldri mer, veldig skuffet over Expedia, har bestilt fra dere før, fått flotte hoteller, men dette var helt forferdelig, dårlig mat, sure ansatte, fikk lyst og reise hjem med en gang, men jeg skal vel ha igjen noen penger, når vi ikke fikk to rom, fikk også beskjed om og betale Kr 8600-; når vi kom frem det går bare ikke an, veldig skuffet. Huoneet ja hotelli olivat hyvin siistejä. Henkilökuntaa oli riittävästi ja heillä oli myös riittävä englannin kielen taito asiakaspalveluun. Wifi toimi hyvin, mutta internet pätki pahasti, joten netin käyttö ei onnistunut aina. Onneksi saimme lentolippujen varaukseen apua receptionin netin kautta. Muutenkin saimme heiltä erittäin kohteliasta apua kysymyksiimme. Hotellissa oli pääasiassa venäläisiä ja turkkilaisia turisteja. Sijainti on erinomainen Gazipasan lentokenttään nähden ja Alanyaankin on vain reilu 10 km matkaa.
