The breakfast is wonderful and the lady preparing it is charming. The room was good, but having the internet password somewhere in the room would be good. However the internet did not work in my room or on the breakfast terrace. Fortunately I had a modem with me! It must be frustrating for others though.

The reception employee was helpful at our stay: we needed a pillow and a blanket more and he helped us very fast and he also made a call for us in another hotel. The breakfast is okay for a three star hotel, not so much choice (no fruits for example) but you don't expect a lot in a theee star hotel. Unfortunately the room was not very attractive: the curtains were too white and could not prevent any light from the street or the sunlight in the morning so that we were always awake very early. In the bathroom there was a power plug which was highly damaged and too dangerous to use. As we only had a small bin in the bathroom we had to throw our waste of 2 days in this bin but we had to leave our waste next to it as it was too small of course. The walls in the room need to be colored, there were a lot of black traces everywhere. At our check out no one was at the reception desk (at 9:30 A.M.) so we could not share our feedback directly. The location of the hotel is good, but we would not book again.

Çok temiz, rahat, pencereden güzel manzara, harika kahvaltı. Otel sessiz, resepsiyonist taleplerimize çok çabuk cevap verdi. Konumu uygun, şehir merkezinde, ancak sakin bir ara sokakta. Harika zaman geçirdik, teşekkürler!

Hijyen anlayışlarını düzeltmeliler

Hijyen anlayışları ne yazık ki zayıf. Pikeler lekeli, yastık kılıfları lekeli. Yumuşatıcı kokuyorlar ama temiz hissi vermiyorlar. Ya kötü yıkanıyorlar ya geçmeyen lekeleri var. Rimel lekeli yastık kılıfı artık misafirlere sunulmamalı mesela. Uygun bir otel olması temizliğinin önüne geçmemeli. Bu bence en temel gereksinim. Konumu mükemmel bir otel. En iyi yanı ise çoğu yerde göz ardı edilen şey, camlarda sineklik olması. Güzel düşünmüşler. Banyosu çok hoş, duş başlıkları kaliteli. Kahvaltısı zayıf, biraz daha kaliteli peynir zeytin kullanılabilir. Rokadan saç çıktı ne yazık ki. Özetle hijyene önem verirlerse ve etraf daha derli toplu görünürse çok daha iyi olur. Resepsiyon çok dağınık görünüyor, ilk intiba önemli bana kalırsa.

Basic little pension in a quiet side street, 2 min walk down to the square and harbour. Fantastic value, would highly recommend, and would stay again. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Kas.
