Obnoxious person doing nothing but trouble working at the desk, refused to let me speak with her manager refused to identify herself. It is a 2 or 3 star hotel. It’s a shame that a Hampton operates like this in Antalya. Doesn’t feel like Hampton at all. It’s just a name. They should fire this lady, there’s a lot of better and prepared people looking for work in turkey to do this job that deals with travelers mostly. They don’t want your business. They just want to give you headaches. Don’t come here if you expect great service. Mediocre laundry service, mediocre appointed person to cover semi-managerial tasks, mediocre communication, mediocre everything. Truly awful.

Receptionist who calls herself a lower level supervisor, called the police on upset customer who apparently just came out of a hospital and was trying to get her clothes from laundry service. This shows the lack of civility and professionalism in the hotel and is not worth the money. The stars are misleading. Instead of resolving her issue the receptionist made it difficult and won’t do her job. Her ignorance/laziness was bigger than her thinking capabilities and I felt upset for the situation. Overall the hotel is mediocre and they hire the wrong people for the wrong positions. There was only one person who was helpful. His name was Ibrahim. I did not like stay because they also failed to deliver my clothes in the room.

Functional but not for a holiday

Hotel is modern and very functional but a bit too bland and functional to be anything more than a reasonable place to stop the night before a trip to the airport. Food was ok, call order cooking, no limited menu. Staff pleasant and professional so no complaints there.

The room was unbearably hot, took half an hour to cool. The "superior" room was tiny and had a connecting room without any sound proofing - you hear people talk, yell, sneeze, fart. Not worth the money.
