The hotel itself is nice, however it was the same food every single day, pretty boring. The hotel was clean beach was nice (some seaweed leaves) The only thing that was not good was we got stuck in the hotel elevator for around 27 mins before someone came to help us which was scary.

Surprisingly fantastic hotel, was small but perfect right nearby is a market full of shops and honestly we didnt even know until we explored Food was fantastic Staff was great There wasn't anything wrong for this hotel I would come again if I haven't already planned to go to other locations

Die Klimaanlage hat zunächst nicht richtig funktioniert. Uns wurde zuerst gesagt, es sei normal, dass sie so langsam arbeitet. Die Zimmertemperatur änderte sich jedoch über etwa 45 Minuten überhaupt nicht, obwohl die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet war. Nachdem wir erneut darauf hingewiesen hatten, kam schließlich ein Techniker und stellte fest, dass der Filter vollständig verschmutzt war und die Luft deshalb nicht richtig zirkulieren konnte. Der Filter musste anschließend ausgetauscht werden. Im Badezimmer ist die Duschklinke bei der ersten Behührung abgefallen. Zudem war im Badezimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss wahrnehmbar. Auch dies wurde dem Hotel mitgeteilt, jedoch ohne Erfolg auf Besserung. Am Strand haben wir freilaufende Hunde gesehen, die teilweise sogar im Wasser waren. Da wir mit Kindern unterwegs sind, war die Situation für uns etwas unangenehm und teilweise beängstigend. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Kontrolle bzw. einen Hinweis zum Umgang mit freilaufenden Hunden im Strandbereich gewünscht. Positiv ist die große Auswahl beim Essen. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer zwar sauber und die Essensauswahl groß, aber die genannten Punkte trüben den Aufenthalt deutlich. Für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie sollte bei Wartung, Hygiene, Nachtruhe und der Kontrolle des Strandbereichs mehr Wert auf Details gelegt werden.

The hotel was clean and tidy and the majority of the staff were friendly. Positives the food was good , the pool was clean , the pavilions you could hire made the holiday that little bit more special. The gym was good (some machines were well worn). The only downside I would say about the resort is the constant selling of products when you were at your sunbed, first the spa people trying to sell a massage , followed by a person trying to sell a shopping expedition, followed by one of the reps trying to sell a party night out, followed by another spa person , followed by a photographer asking to do a photo shoot. Whilst I understand this supports the hotel, the constant interruptions became a little annoying. Many nationalities visit the hotel, a few English, Turkish, German , Russian were the majority of nationalities. The evening entertainment was ok, we generally kept ourselves busy and skipped the entertainment. I would go back to this hotel again

Viel zu viele Hotelgäste für die Kapazität am Strand (50 meter lang) am Pool leider das selbe! Man muss um 6 Uhr aufstehen damit man sich Liegen am Pool oder Strand sichert! Haben um 3 Uhr Nachts ausgecheck - da unser Flug um 7 Uhr ging. Haben aber auch für den Tag voll bezahlt - kein Luchpacket oder sonst was für den Weg bekommen.
