Yaklaşık Saat 16:30 da giriş yaptık odaya çıktık 5-10 dk kapıda bekledik verilen kartlarla odaya giriş yapamadık kartlar okuma sorunu yaşadı neyseki ilgili arakadas çözmeye çalıştı,çift kişilik yatak istemiştik iki ayrı yatak olan odayı vermişler bir de onun için bekledik bir bayan çalışan halletti onun içinde beklemek zorunda kaldık, plajı denizi guzel diyebilirim yemekler de iyi , çalışanlardan bazıları çok ilgili kibar , bazıları inanılmaz kaba , gece odamıza ciktigimizda bahsedilen mini bar boştu masa üzerinde 1,5 ltr su şişesi vardı üstünden kullanılmış onun için de ayrı bir şok yaşadım. Halledilmeyecek seyler değil fakat can sıkan gereksiz şeyler belkide bize denk geldi yada üst üste geldi ,Gece pek vakit geçirip keyif alacağınız bir yer değil başka otelleri değerlendirmeniz de fayda var ,1 gece konaklayip otel degistirdik

Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Deniz ve havuzu iyiydi. Genel olarak temiz bir oteldi. Spa'sını da tavsiye ederim. Akşam yemeği vasattı. Genelde aynı yemekler çıkıyordu. Ve otelde internet sorunu vardı. Çalışanlar biraz ilgisizdi. Arkadaş grubundan çok , ailece gidilecek bir otel. Otelin %80'i yabancı. Ve çoğunlukla Rus aileler. Ve çok fazla çocuk var. Ve çocuklar için çok imkan var. Genel olarak çocuklu aileler için ideal bir otel.

Konum Mükemmel Hizmet Kötü

Otelin konumu ve deniz kesinlikle mükemmel.Ayni şeyleri personel ve hizmet içinde söylemeyi isterdim ama maalesef çoğu personel nerede çalıştığının bile farkında değil.Özellikle otelde rus turistler çoğunlukta olduğu için personeller aşırı rahat ve kendi aralarında hoş olmayan konuşmalar geçebiliyor ve bunlara şahit olabiliyorsunuz.Bahçe kısmında fırında çalışan Bozan adlı arkadaşın ayrıca bir kadınla nasıl konuşulacağını öğrenmesi lazım bununla ilgili bir sıkıntı yaşadık ve şikayetimizi yazılı olarakta bildirdik. Kahvaltı ve öğle yemekleri çok iyi olmasına rağmen , ızgara ve balık çeşitleri çok kötüydü. Odada ve otelin genelinde internet bağlantısı çok kötüydü.

Olabilecek en küçük odada 4 kişi kalmak?

İki çocuk iki büyurezervasyonu yaptırdığım halde kapıda tekrar 55 € ek para istendi. Neyseki ön büro md yardımcı oldu ama yinede ek ödeme yapmama rağmen 4 kişi tek odada bavul bile açamaz halde kaldık. Madem ek ücret alındı neden aile odası verilmedi?
