This place is being run by fraudsters to lure people into booking the room by showing decorated photos. The place is filthy and filled with the smell of cigarettes.

We were disgusted with the property. It seemed nothing had changed in there since 1970. Everthing was old and broken down. The toilet was broken and leaked. There was no place to put the shower wand.

The absolute worst place we have stayed at. 1) We checked multiple rooms before checking in & thought we picked the best. But the restroom was still nasty. The flush would not work, the shower head had no pressure. There was no shower curtain so the whole place would get wet. 2) The manager was a rude person. Each time we had the complimentary breakfast, he would watch what we ate. Our son made a second trip get some rolls that he had not had earlier, the manager walked up to us scolded him & said to make 1 trip only to the breakfast bar.

Worst hotel ever

It’s very terrible, when I went to my room there were some rubbish shoes left in my room and my room was not clean as well, I decided to clean it and then when I slept I woke up with some rash on my arm I have booked for 4 days and only stayed for 2 and rebooked at another hotel, this is by far my worst experience and recommend people to not go there even if the price is cheap because I would not go there even if I was offered it for free plus I wasn’t given a refund for my other 2 days so I lost my money, time and relaxation for my holiday during those two days

The rooms are very spacious well conditioned with good flow of air. Lift is working well. English speaking receptionist was helpful. Taxi service is good. In close proximity to the center only 15 min walk. Plenty of food markets and viraety around. Good value.

Finger weg – absolute Katastrophe!!! Wir hatten 11 Tage gebucht, aber nur 1 Nacht geschafft – und das mit Mühe. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers der Schock: Es stinkt unerträglich, überall Schimmel, Schmutz, Staub und Haare – im Bad, auf dem WC, sogar im Bett. Bettdecken voller Flecken, ekelhaft! Die Steckdosen hängen mit Kabeln aus der Wand – absolut gefährlich. Im Zimmer standen Aschenbecher mit alter Asche, leere Flaschen, alles verdreckt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Das sogenannte „Frühstücksbuffet“ ist ein schlechter Witz: zwei, drei unappetitliche Reste, mehr nicht – ekelhaft und definitiv nicht das, was man unter einem Buffet versteht. Personal spricht kein Englisch, keinerlei Hilfe oder Verständnis. Dieses Hotel ist eine Katastrophe von Anfang bis Ende. Fazit: Finger weg! Nie wieder – ich habe zum Glück Beweisfotos gemacht und es auch in der Türkei direkt dem Ordnungsamt gemeldet ! Ebenfalls Gesundheitsamt !

Room was dirty, broken lights, broken bed, washroom was dirty. They were reluctant to fix lights, so we had to use only 1 light that was insufficient. Soap was not provided to take shower. Shower head was broken, so we need to hold it in hand to put was on body. Brankets was not washed. Breakfast, no coffee & milk and juice was provided, only tea was provided. Internet wifi was slow.
