Good location in the old town with all transport facility at the door step. Stayed in studio (2 days) and classic apartment (1 day). Very clean spacious room with all amenities that includes kitchenware and washing machine(in classic room). Only downside would be no elevator in the G+4 floor building.

Great location!

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are clean. the staff is friendly, especially Omar he was very helpful as hotels.com sent them the wrong booking dates, he was flexible and helped in changing the dates. I appreciate that~ I would recommend this place.

The room is horrible, dirty and without any natural light. Walls are full of mold, the bedsheets were full of hairs, the mattress was in terrible condition and uncomfortable. The toilet seat was broken and so on.. The only good thing is the price and the receptionist

The staff were decent but our room was terrible. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was missing a door, the shower head was broken and it always smelt like sewage. The bed was stained and the bedroom was dirty. We also couldn't open the windows because they had chemicals outside and it would make the whole place smell. After the first night our bedroom light went out and they didn't fix it while we were there. Complementary shampoo and hand soap was provided. There were holes in 2 doors, a random cleaning cloth left in the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken.

The room was disgusting, and could'nt have been cleaned for a very long time. There was mold in the ceiling, the paint was coming off, the bed was full of stains, and it was dirt every where. The best adwise I can give is to choose another hotel.

Huge place to improve

The hotel is no more than fine The room is smells from cigarettes and there is no window at all (in some of the rooms) The street outside it’s so noisy that it’s impossible to sleep properly We had a bad experience, hope the hotel will improve that for next guests

Good Location

I loved the location of the hotel. Outside of Kale ic is Better that inside of Kale ic (old tonw). You can see local people outside of Kale ic. The hotel was near to Ismetpasa Tramvay station. and There was 'panoramic elevator' right across of the hotel. The receptionist was kind. She was always ready to help us. The important thing was that the room was so clean and nicely decorated. The kettle, coffee glasses, so manythings were ready in the kitchen. I thank a lot!

Hôtel bien situé, à 3 min de la vielle ville, à 30 min à pie de la plage, tranquille, rue calme, personnel sympa, attentionné, chambre propre, lit confortable, bonne climatisation. Petit détail: manque un torchon pour la cuisine, cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle.

El personal en general es amable, pero el hotel tiene mucho que mejorar, las fotos que aparecen en Expedia, no son para nada lo que encuentras en la propiedad, el cuarto olía a caño y a cigarro, que decir del olor a humedad, las camas están en muy mal estado estado, con marcas y manchas de dudosa procedencia, lo bueno que tiene es que está cerca del casco antiguo y hay muchas ofertas de comida alrededor. Nuevamente, insisto, el personal es amable.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Schiffhafen und direkt im Zentrum, gute Busverbindung und Straßenbahn in der Umgebung . Unser Zimmer hatte eine Küche , was sehr praktisch war. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Betas oldu size beta

Bu şubede kalamadık kendi kafalarına göre diğer şubeye vermişler bizi ve gittiğimiz zaman öğrendik ki rezervasyonu çok önce yapmıştık. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bizim gergin olmamız gerektiği yerde kendisi gergin tavırlar ve mimikler eşliğinde konuştu. Özellikle aldığımız şubede kalmak istediğimiz için çok önceden rezervasyon yaptırdık. Bize bilgi dahi verilmeden şube değiştirilmiş. Diğer şubede kalmak isteseydik daha ucuzdu orada da kalırdık. Davranış çok vasattı. Burayla ilgili ilk defa böyle bir şey yaşıyorum ki defalarca kaldığım bir yerdi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi sayesinde oldukça fazla bir şekilde soğuma yaşadık betastan. Sırf günümüz mahvolmasın diye biz makul davranıp hanımefendinin söylemi ile 5 dakika yürüyüverdik. Üslup sıfırdı. Diğer şubeleri vasattı diyemem fakat temizlik konusunda daha aşağıda kalıyordu. Yerlerde ve koltukta kırıntılar vardı. Ağır bir kokuya sahipti. Yatağı rahattı oradaki resepsiyon görevlisi daha kibardı. Ona teşekkür ederim fakat betastaki hanımefendi hayal kırıklığı niteliğindeydi.
