Had a great stay at The Azuu Hotel. The staff are amazing very helpful and friendly. Lovely Hotel very clean and has such a good vibe to it. Would definitely recommend staying there and would stay again if i was to return to Antalya.

The room was clean, nice reception, staff was very nice and spoke English. Breakfast was very good with variety and long hours (7:30-10:30). The pool is medium size, with sun and shade, and a small jacuzzi of 40cm. I loved it!

They were very friendly and helpfull if you had any questions. Good breakfast and good cocktails! Only thing was, we did not have a shower curtain, so everything was getting wet, the toilet paper, the toilet self and the towel on the ground. The wifi was not good on the second floor so we had to change rooms

The pool was not in use during our visit but was being made ready. The staff are very friendly, most with good English. The liase lady called Seda was great, nothing was too much for her. The hotel does have it's own restaurant but there are plenty of fine restaurants nearby, our favourite was Adanadayim just on the corner. Great fresh grilled food. The hotel also has 24/7 bar and a spar covering hair, nails, massage and Turkish bath etc.

The location of the property is excellent and it is a very cute boutique-style hotel. However, it is built with poor-quality materials and it is visible. The hotel staff is poorly-trained. There were only two nice waiters: Kevin and Nunhan; the rest were unfriendly and it was the first time that I encountered such poor service in Turkey. They would not even greet guests after seeing them at breakfast day after day, for example. The cleaning ladies had a very unpleasant attitude and didn't clean even after being asked to do so explicitly. Most of the receptionists did not show a hospitable disposition, either. Overall, the staff, including management, seemed pretentious. That was really disappointing since I would have liked to stay there again in the future but will not consider this hotel for all these reasons.

Had a bit of a hiccup at check-in, but due to the helpful and friendly manager, and in particular the guest relations ‘Beyza’ things were resolved efficiently. Beyza makes the customers feel welcome and listened to and is an asset to Azuu. Both sides to the Hotel are clean and it also has great swimming pool and lovely breakfast!

A lovely hotel which is close by to amenities as well Terra City shopping centre (15 mins walk). It has many services including a full service spa. Staff are friendly and the design of the hotel is 'chic'. The pool is in the centre between the 2 buildings and you have a refreshing view. My only negative is that there are no chairs in the standard rooms unless you ask for one and that breakfast probably should be more varied. I would highly recommend staying here!

Staffs are polite & helpful. My room nice & clean. I booked at Azzuu hotel but they moved me to the hotel opposite. I arrived late. I was too tired. It was so noisy. I couldn't sleep. I was tired at the end of my stay. However, i get it that people surrounding my room on my left and right side, can speak and enjoy but it was just too much. And the Sun beds were occupied all day long by the same people. Fighting and shouting. No respects & considerations to others. There shd be limited time for use on those sunbeds. There shd be a hotel courtesy rules Other guests also want to lay down on those sunbeds. And want peace and quiet.

I booked last minute to go away for a short break and my stay at Azuu hotel turned out to be the best experience ever. I arrived and my room was upgraded to a suite room with a jacuzzi in the Azuu Bohem across the new hotel building. Hassan was great and all the reception staff were always willing to help. I would like to thank all of them for making me feel welcome as I was on my own. My entire stay in Antalya was magical and I have some great memories at this hotel, which I will cherish forever now and wish to return again soon. The location of the hotel is perfect and convenient. I visited Terra city mall , old town Antalya and kundu bazaar market. Duden park which is walking distance from this hotel is a beautiful park with the most stunning waterfall and atmosphere. I really enjoyed the walk in the park and the cafes are fantastic. The breakfast is standard at the hotel, it was included but I only went 2 days of my stay, only because there are far better breakfast options at other places nearby. Overall, Azuu Hotel is a comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff and the location is very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby and shops. Very happy and I miss it a lot now.
