I had $800 cash stolen from my locker and hotel management did not do anything about it. Also me and my mom got infected the second day of the stay. The place is poorly cleaned. Very dissatisfied.

1. Liked the location, the food, the fitness activities, the room size (suite), some staff friendliness. 2. Disliked that almost no staff speaks English (very Russian-focused resort), disliked that all suites face the disco - banging music until 11:30pm. This is an excellently managed hotel and resort - whereever you look, every detail is perfect. One thing to know (we didn't) is that the main foreign language in this hotel is Russian - a few signs were only in Turkish and Russian, and the kids activities were conducted in Russion. That said it was never a problem for us.
