One of the most remarkable hotels I have ever stayed in both in terms of having a museum attached and archeological treasures as part of the hotel and the stunning architecture..food service everything was superb.

Nothing special . The bad things that Expedia never supported while I wanted to chnage the plan and resulted with giving money for hotels for free because of poor communication from Expedia after being your costumer for almost 10 years

Otel zaten yapısı gereğiyle muhteşem bir yer. Kesinlikle çok çok daha iyi bir hizmeti hak ediyor. Minibarı doldurmuyorlar sipariş veriyorsunuz odaya geliyor. Ayrıca gitmeden önce sosyal medyalarında açık havuzu paylaştılar ancak gittiğimizde ne yazıkki hala açılmamıştı.

Müze otel ilginç mimarisi ile dikkat çekiyor, kendinizi otelde gibi hissetmiyorsunuz, rüzgar her daim var, odanızıa girene kadar size eşlik ediyor, konumu gereği deprem sonrası şehir şantiyelerle dolu olduğu için dış cepheler tozlu, iç kısımlarsa temiz ve hijyen, otopark da sizi bavulunuzu almak için karşılayan yok, lobi ye de oldukça uzak, hava şartlarına göre bu durum biraz sorun olabilir. Gene de güzel bir deneyimdi, 1 gece yeterli geldi.

Exciting stay

It was a amazing experience. Hotel build above a 3000 year archeological area. Everything was perfect. Rooms big and comfortable. Beds very soft. Food delicious. Spa area very good. I can warmly recommend to everybody.

This hotel is a (one-of-kind) property built over a museum and guests receive free entry. The restaurants offer first class service and excellent food. The rooms are high quality designed containers, stacked and placed strategically over many floors over looking the museum. My wife also enjoyed the spa on the top floor of the hotel. Can’t really rate the area around the property, they are still recovering from an earthquake and construction is everywhere.

Her şeyiyle gayet güzel

Biz 2 gece konaklama yaptık. Erişebilirdiğimiz tüm imkanları değerlendirdik hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Personeli gayet kibar ve yardımcı olmaya çalışan insanlardı. Kahvaltısı oda ücretine dahildi ve fazlasıyla yeterliydi (üstelik açık büfe olmasının yanında tamamen self servis değil, çay kahve servisi de yapılıyor). Kapalı havuz sauna hamam gibi bölümleri oldukça başarılıydı. Yalnızca unisex bölümdeki steam room çalışmıyordu ancak onu da görmezden gelebildik. Otelin altındaki müzeyi de gezebiliyorsunuz ve çok etkileyici arkeolojik buluntuların tepesinde konakladığınızı bu gezintinin ardından idrak ediyorsunuz. Otelden ailemle birlikte tamamen memnuniyetle ayrıldık.

New beginning

I was happy that Museum hotel restarted work after the earthquakes. It is a symbol in Antakya, and it is important to have it back while the city is struggling with the aftermath of the disaster.

29 ocak 2023 gecesi otelde ailece konakladık. Herşey tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Otelin tasarımına, öyküsüne zaten diyecek bir söz yok. İnanılmaz bir deneyim. Onun haricinde otelin temizliği, odalar, girişte itibaren yardımcı olan herkes son derece nazik ve yardımcıydı. Otelin restoranı Ayan Meyan da en az otelckadar harikaydı. Yemekler çok lezzetli, ortam çok şıktı.

Treated us so poorly . Ersen and other front desk staff were so rude . Traveled around the world and never experienced such disgusting behavior.
