as a budget hotel, it was good. First room i get had a very bad smell and was not very clean, then as for change, they did it, and was much better. Breakfast was basic, good value for money, clean, the young guy was very friendly. Over all Good.

I stayed in Annemasse as it is less than half an hour from Geneva and much cheaper. The surrounding area of the hotel is terrible. while that's nothing the hotel can help, this would be a strong reason not to visit again. The train tracks run right past the hotel, and the train runs until late - it gets loud. My room smelled strongly of smoke, which the very nice staff was aware about. They very helpfully offered to give me another room, due to my short stay I declined. Weirdly, opening the window, which I had to since the fan in the room wasn't working, made the smell worse. The bathroom was very clean, however, there were stains on the bedsheets and covers. Again, I'm sure staff would've helped, but I chose to turn the sheets over myself - my concern is more that this was a problem in the first place. You can also hear the noise from every neighbouring room. There was a kitchen with a small hob that also wasn't fully clean, so I didn't use it. I wouldn't have minded any of this so much, but the hotel holds a deposit of 150 Euros on your credit card in case issues arise, if you use a practice like this, your hotel should be clean so guests don't fear for their deposit, I think.

Attention caution et pas de clim

il y a une caution à payer, ce qui n’est pas dit sur l’annonce, il fait trop chaud dans les chambres, il n’y a pas de climatiseur juste un ventilateur qui ne suffit pas. les chambres sont propres et personnel agréable.

Hotel was a 20 minute walk, Taxi Drivers refused to convey us to/from Hotel. The said walking distance, not taking into consideration my Mobility issues. Hotel weren't interested.

Pour ce second séjour ils m'ont donné une chambre dédiée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, donc pas très adapté quand vous mesurez 1,80m. Sinon le confort, la propreté, l'emplacement, le parking intégré à l'établissement, les offres de restauration à proximité... Tout va bien.
