The room keycard system is a little outdated, the building is noticeably older and it’s quite far from the main part of Annecy. I enjoyed the walk down the river to the lake.

A comfortable stay. This hotel is a little further from the centre of Annecy but was quite affordable. The breakfast is nice although the coffee could be better. The staff were super helpful and there is a free pool table in the bar area

The staff was very helpful, the location is 20-15 minutes walking distance to core. There is AC in the rooms, if its still warm they will bring fans. The front desk is great and they care. This place has wifi, kitchen to store your stuff etc. A place for international travellers to feel comfortable.

Nice hotel close to public transport.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. 8 mins by bus no. 1 to Annecy Gare/main station. All buses are FREE in July & August. Air conditioning doesn't work. Over priced breakfast.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We stayed here thinking this would be one of the lower end hotels visited during our trip to Europe and honestly we liked it as one of the best. Our room was very clean and tidy, smelled fresh, view was nice, area was easy to catch the bus into town, the staff were helpful. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk into the old town but we knew that when booking and the nighttime walks felt unsafe so we took the bus instead. Otherwise would stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel central to get to town centre. The parking however was tight to get into and had only Tesla EV charging which was no good. Local supermarket charger and parking was only option. Room aircon also didnt cool the room down.

It was a nice stay. The property fits more hostel rules but has separate rooms for each guest party. Nice staff at the front desk. Food was ok but a little too expensive for what was included ( or maybe we just hit the wrong date/time). Careful with garage parking if you have a big car. As in many places in Europe everything is small . Close to public transportation. During the summer buses run free of charge.

Clean rooms, nice staff but the air-conditioning was not working at all. We had to remove the filter because it was filled with dust, and so was the condenser when we peeked through the AC vents. The staff was nice enough to bring a portable AC but the other solution they offered was to "open the windows" (in the middle of an August heat wave). Nice location but not staying here again.

Nice hotel for a one night stop in Annecy

Hotel is very confortable but room is small ! Breakfast is good with a lot of choice. On-site parking for 7€ / night is very convenient. A few restaurants walkable not far from the hotel (Italian, Kebab, Traditional, ...)
