Great location in the city centre and everything is within walking distance. Easily accessible parking solution in Hotel de Ville parking. Room was in very nice condition. Staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming.

Great room in a wonderful location.

Everything was lovely. We loved our room and all the accessories. The only inconvenience we had was that the ac was not turned on because it wasn’t cool enough outside. However, our window was very sunny and the room warmed up considerably during the day and took quite a while to cool down. We generally leave early and go back to the room for a few hours before having a late dinner. It was uncomfortable.

Very close to Annecy Old Town and lake - lots of dining options. We felt lucky to have been there during the July 14 fireworks show and were able to walk right over. Parking is a little challenging, as it’s shared with another hotel and available to the public, so when we returned from on outing on July 14 it was really difficult to park our car. However, nice that they offered parking credit to cover most of the cost of parking. Compared to other hotels where we had unlimited coffee available to us, marked them low for amenities as you had to pay for additional pods. Being here during Annecy market days was very nice, as was the small balcony overlooking the park. Gym was small but had everything my husband needed, staff friendly and helpful. Nice large room, central to everything in Annecy including a mall if you’re missing anything.

Emplacement parfait entre le Lac et le centre d'Annecy. Personnel charmant mais des points faibles dans les équipements. Absence d'un tapis anti dérapant dans la douche alors que le carrelage est dangereux notamment au niveau de l'évacuation de l'eau et surtout le lit qui s'affaisse à ses extrémités qui a occasionné ma chute en pleine nuit et la fracture de mon fémur... Sejour qui s'est fonc terminé a l'hôpital
