Convenient Location and Comfortable Bed A conveniently located hotel, around a 15-minute walk into town, making it a good base for exploring the area. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The room was very small, which was a downside, but the staff were obliging and helpful. Great view from outside. Super friendly staff, plenty of parking. Not in the centre but easy to walk into the main part of annecy. Great room for the cost, basic but had everything you need.

No Frills Hotel for Economy Travelers

Don't expect a lot from this hotel. The rooms are really small. Early check in not allowed. We arrived at 1:30 pm and were told to wait until 2:00 pm as that is when check-in opens. There is no lobby to sit and wait. We had to sit outside where there were few benches. Luckily weather was okay. The beds were clean, but the floor had dead flies and had not been vacuumed properly. The shower worked well - although you have to watch out for a sudden burst of extremely hot water. The TV channels are extremely limited. Other apps - Netflix, PrimeVideo just wouldn't connect to internet. The internet speed was a joke. I finally gave up and used my hotspot instead as it was taking 3-4 minutes to load a page. Since we stayed for only 1 night, I would say overall stay was okay for the price we paid. If I had to stay longer, I wouldn't have stayed here.

It was a pretty good hotel for the price. We got in just before 10:00 but staff had already left for the night so we checked in through the automated check in, which was pretty smooth. The building is a bit dated so there was some cigarette smell when entering, and the occasional whiff of sewer smell from in the room but it seemed to go away pretty quickly. Comfortable bed and great set up for a family of four.

The rooms were fine, but two things were horrible: the staff (one particulat woman who was the only one there) were unfriendly and didn’t speak English. Secondly, the breakfast was poor because of lack of space to sit down and a none-functioning coffee machine. Find another place to stay in Annecy!
