Lovely hotel with fantastic lake view walkable to the city takes around 15 minutes but be warned as the shortest route is a rough forest path which is very steep in parts. Hotel staff pleasant but we found the service could be a little slow.

Our extended family rented the large villa home on the property. It was so beautiful and much larger than we even expected. The staff was lovely, and accommodating, especially Zoe. As for the rest of the property, it was simply beautiful. I’d love to try the hotel restaurant and spa on property on our next trip. We would love to stay there again and recommend the house villa for large families. Absolutely made our stay in Annecy a wonderful experience.

This was our second stay at Les Tresoms. We will return! The breakfast on the beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the lake is worth the stay alone. The view from our room terrace was priceless and the grounds are attended with detailed care.

This hotel is excellent. The view of the lake in unbelievable! The staff were friendly and helpful. When there was an unexpected problem with the bed, they fixed it quickly. Breakfast cost extra, but it was quite good. It is easy to walk or cycle down to town from the hotel.

Staying at Tresom was a lovely experience The staff were excellent and helpful. The restaurants was amazing, we had the fixed menu which was very tasty and the head chef came out to explain the method and creation of the main course to each table. A nice touch.

Our stay was wonderful, great property with amazing staff. rooms were clean and spacious. Our only concern was eating at the La Rotonde des Tresoms. Beautiful spot with great staff although as a Canadian be aware of how the pricing and menu is displayed. We were hit with a very large bill due to misunderstanding.

It’s a lovely hotel, our bedroom was basic and decoration a bit dated. The staff were very nice, but best of all the location was lovely- views and a short walk in daylight through the forest. The food was very expensive in relation to the hotel - and difficult for us as we were a mix of vegetarians and other needs. It was a great experience and value for money. Great hot chocolate- in the best cups and saucers.

It's a very nice hotel with beautiful view over lake Annecy. The server at breakfast was delightful. The only thing that marred my visit was the attitude of the server Easter evening. I had had a big meal midday with friends and I wanted just a salad. I ordered a 15 euro mocktail and a salad and the server was clearly irritated and pushed me to order wine. I'm bilingual and visit France frequently and I'm pretty stunned that this attitude persists. It's very unwelcome behavior. Il avait pas mal de caractère.

We arrived in the evening and the receptionist helped us settled in The service was above and beyond friendly and polite and hospitable Same goes for the following day the receptionist was kind friendly and helpful the room is small but a very comfortable clean and bed is comfortable We weren't facing the lake but still it was a great room
