Lovely hotel by the old town and close to the lake and park. Great friendly staff that want to ensure you are happy. Air conditioning, plenty of hot water and they supplied us with a kettle when we asked for one.

Good value but needs work

Good price for a good location, staff is nice and helpful, bed is comfy, room is very dark. But soundproofing is very bad, AC is too low to cool room and there’s no remote, and you have to return the keys every time you leave which can get annoying.

I spent two nights here and found the hotel excellent. As a solo traveller it was walkable from the station and conveniently situated for all facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room had everything I needed and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I especially appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the willingness of the staff to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and feel I was so lucky to have chosen it. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the heart of downtown, you can walk basically anywhere in the downtown area, without walking out of your bedroom door straight into a restaurant dining area like other hotels in the area. Great balcony view, the room lighting was great. They had a towel drying rack in the bathroom. Bathroom was quite small though, and shower was close to standing room only. And I am not a big person. The towels were also a little rough and could have been cleaner, (I noticed a hair on one as I dried myself off). Staff is friendly and accommodating, though you have to leave your key at the front desk whenever you leave which is a bit annoying and lacks privacy, as they will know whenever you come and go into your room. They offer a breakfast that is around $9 a day, and its quite a sampling of the French breakfast cuisine, better than you could get most anywhere else.

Petit chambre cozy au petit prix J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel charmant, le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Ils m’avaient donnés plein de petits astuces pour découvrir la ville 🗺️ L’hôtel est situé quelques minutes de la gare et quelques pas du vieux Annecy.

Bien accueilli a notre arrivé, le personnel est vraiment gentil et aux petits soins. Chambre propre et la literie est confortable, bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est vraiment bien située. Una buena opción para unos días en Annecy

Pequeño hotel muy bien situado, personal muy amable, servicial y atento a todas la dudas, preguntas, etc. Tuvimos uun pequeño problema con un grifo y lo solucionaron rapidamente. El hotel es antiguo, pero limpio, con habitaciones un poco pequeñas, con falta de espacio en armario, pero la amabilidad y el buen hacer lo compensan. Desayuno correcto i amablemente atendido. Seguro que si volvemos a Annecy, volveremos al hotel.

Hotel é bom, bem localizado, as acomodações são pequenas, no verão a falta de um frigobar no quarto é imperdoável, hotel não oferece itens de consumo para compra o que dificulta ainda mais.

Le personnel de cette hôtel est très gentil et courtois. Ils ont répondu à toute mes questions et m’ont aider lorsque j’en avait besoin. Hotel très bien situé environ à 10 min de marche des attraits touristiques et 5 min de la gare. La chambre était propre, mais sans plus.
