Had a great stay. The staff was very nice. Only issue was the communication with the staff. I was asked to text whenever I needed something but a few times my texts went unanswered. Asked for a light cleaning and turndown service hut came back to find three towels and a garbage bag placed on the kitchen counter. Other than that I really enjoyed my time here.

The room was clean but there was a shard of broken glass on the floor, the bathroom only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes and the shower head was loose when I tried to change the flow of water. BUT, the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Check in and check out were easy.

The staff was amazing! However, that’s all that was great. We stay at Hampton Inn because you normally can expect the same comfortable beds, clean rooms and yummy breakfast. We opened our door to find a hole in the wall, missing artwork off the walls, towel racks barely holding on. Just felt completely neglected. The beds, weren’t the soft cozy beds we all love at the Hampton Inn, more like springy and worn. The air conditioning sounded like it was on the fritz and my son joked that it sound like a Time Machine. If only the accommodations matched their employees.
