The overall stay was really nice. There dissatisfaction with my room that needs maintenance attention and maybe furniture replacement. I’m not a complainer so it didn’t really rise to the level of a formal complaint. Everyone is so nice, breakfast was nice each morning.

I have stayed at this property for at least 10 years. I did not for the last year or 2. I was absolutely horrified at how horrible the out side looked, the grass over grown, dirty looking, weeds everywhere, fake flowers planted, Also the moment we stepped into the lobby, smelled like sewer!! The Bathroom by the front lobby overflowed and still was not repaired 3 days later The rooms were clean, the staff very nice Very little hot water! TV service goes in and out !! A stain on the Sheets! The Air Condition did not work. Room always 72 WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN

The hotel is in need of repairs. Broken tiles on the floor, peeling paint on the ceiling, and wires hanging outside the building, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed to change rooms for my elderly mother to a handicap room and they were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was fine. Normal hotel hot breakfast.
