The staff were great and helpful for recommendations on where to eat. We come to Ann Arbor once a year for U of M appointments and stay here. But last 3 years we've come, hot tub has been broken. Although it's a beautiful hotel, the hot tub always not working is kind of crazy. We will be looking at other hotels unfortunately.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a comfy chair, a desk area with chair and an extra blanket. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was not continental, but a full hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, tater tots and waffles. There was a lovely stone bar, and a decent dinner menu. The pool was popular. Many comfortable places to sit downstairs. Good parking.

Smelled like chlorine everywhere, you can hear people in the pool jumpin' around because the wall is literally glass. Got some food from the restaurant and it was actually terrible. But the staff was very nice and I just needed a place to sleep for one night so it worked out okay. Also there was a bow on the toilet paper which was cute. Overall very medium experience (except the food which you should genuinely not get the quesadilla... came with fries for some reason that tasted like playdoh)

It seemed like it had been a nice hotel at one time. There were tall wood beamed ceilings in the public areas and huge tropical trees. However, the glass entry needed to be cleaned, swimming pool was visibly dirty and the hot tub had no water. There weren’t any signs indicating the pool was closed but wisely, no guests ventured in while I was there. The ice machine only dispensed a cupful of ice. The room ac was noisy and tricky to adjust. On the plus side, all staff that I encountered - reception desk, housekeeping, bar - were helpful and friendly. The breakfast choices were good and the scrambled eggs were very good.

This is a large property. Breakfast was good although coffee was rarely really hot. Room was good but if your room faces the highway, the windows do not insulate the highway sounds. The entrances were not clean—leaves, debris and in need of a major power wash.

It has a huge indoor resort setting with an indoor pool, tables, chairs & lounges. Very nice & fun. It seems to be set up for large gatherings like banquets & company parties. Clean, comfortable with a free hot breakfast. The only negative is the highway road noise right outside the room windows. It is so loud you can hear individual trucks driving by. Suggest you bring ear plugs.
