“The hotel is close to anything you may be planning to do in Ann Arbor. Easy access to the highway and to campus or The Big House, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. The 24 hour coffee and tea service is a plus along with generous hours for breakfast service in the morning.
The staff was very helpful, friendly,...

“En términos generales bien; el hotel estaba en remodelación y me dieron una habitación en el piso que estaba siendo remodelado, por lo que tuve ciertas incomodidades. Algunos contactos de electricidad no funcionaban.”

“Hotel nuevo. Todo nuevo. Un verdadero lujo. Habitación excelente -aunque no la hacen a diario- Electrodomésticos nuevos y de calidad, incluido lavavajillas. Menaje y vajilla nuevo. Aparcamiento exterior gratis. Centro comercial en frente, a 5 min. Caminando. Downtown 10min. En coche. Desayuno malo. ”

“Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns.”

“The location of this hotel if you are going to a sporting event of U of M is great. Everything is walkable. If you go uptown it’s a long trek but doable.
The hotel was very clean & staff were very helpful. The free parking on a game weekend was very much appreciated.”
