Very good location,not fancy but convenient.A lot of shops and restaurants in short walking distance.Easy check in .Rooms were clean but a little cold so We had to get heaters and extra blankets which staff provided without a problem.Breakfast was good but nothing extraordinary.We liked our stay at Twins and if needed,we will pick the same location again.

Twins Hotel is great value at an affordable price. It's convenient due its location not far from a shopping mall, restaurants, currency changers, and boutiques. Its neighborhood is beautiful and tree lined. The breakfast is one of the best my wife and I have ever been offered in our travels. The staff is amazingly helpful and professional, and they really supported us during our time at Twin Hotels. Thank you, Ibrahim and Hussein!

Stayed at king room on top floor (408). Bed was good however all equipmewnt at the room is very old and worn out. Especially the bath tub and the toilet they were both grey in color just because of the cleaining friction by time and it does not look clean although its clean. Carpets, sofa all of them have deep stains and cigarette burns. bed was very clean and comfy. Breakfast is very weak when you consider Turkey is famous with its breakfast variety. price/comfort ratio is 5/10

Öncelikle sistem hatasından ötürü yaşadığımız bir problem vardı. Bu konuda bizlere çok iyi şekilde yardımcı oldular ve asla politikaların arkasına dayanıp bizleri mağdur etmediler. A'dan Z'ye her bir personel hitabet ve hizmet açısından mükkkemmeldi. Ankara'da sayısızca otelde konakladım ancak bu konaklamamda eksiksiz olanakları görmem mükemmeldi. Oda standart olmasına rağmen aşırı rahattı. Konum olarak Sheraton'un hemen arkasında konaklıyorsunuz. Taksi dakikasında geliyor. Zaten en işlek caddelerden biri hemen altınızda kalıyor taksiye gerek kalmiyor. Odada ufak tefek eksikler vardı ama kesinlikle telafi edildi ve insanlık hali diyebiliriz. Buraya yazıyorum ki işletme kendini bir adım ileriye taşıyabilsin. Duş fıskiyesi zayıf çalışıyordu ve tutacağı kırıktı. Ancak sıcak su konusunda veya genel olarak su bağlamında problem yaşamadık. Ayrıca sabunluk boştu ancak kat servisi sabunluğun arızalı olduğunu bildirip bizlere telafisini sağladılar. Bunun dışında her şey mükemmel ve rahattı. Tam bir fiyat performans işletmesi.
