We were pleasantly surprised to check in early, thanks to the friendly assistance of the front desk staff. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast was an absolute delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major letdown. It was incredibly slow and needed a significant upgrade to meet modern standards.

If you have a car, you have a problem, you are waiting too much for somebody to open the gate of the garage. Facilities are great, pool degree is a little cold for swimming.

Staff was helpful. Room was cleaned/fresh towels -daily. Nice water pressure. Room was nice, just warm/hot. Couldn’t open both windows. Didn’t use any other amenities onsite. Location is away from city center, so it is quieter. Walking distance (up and down hill) to bus stations and metro. Walking distance from some shopping and restaurants. Generally-a great stay and intend to come again in a few months!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall we had an okay experience. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. We did not ask the staff to change our room. On of the biggest problems I had was that for two days early in the morning, people would open our rooms door without permission and I found out on the second day because I was asleep the day before and my husband said he saw them come in. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. The hotel front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. We needed to print some papers and they gladly assisted us with them. In total, we were satisfied with our stay, thank you Hotel Green Park.

28 degrees in the rooms

Its a nice hotel in a very busy area. Most things were fine apart from my hotel room was 28 degrees almost the whole time. Day and night. They have floor heating which could not be turned off. AC cooling not possible i march. This could have been fixed with setting up a fan in my room.... but this was not possible they said.. and if the any of these technicians sent had a key to open the window properly. Ended up switching hotels to cheaper option and there it was no problem to setup a fan and open windows basic service if the rooms are that hot imo. Also i dont recommend the breakfast.

We liked the hotel, and the amenities. The breakfast was definitely worth the cost. My having a walking disability greatly limited my access to the swimming pool. Using the service elevator was a workable solution. However, having pool access via a direct elevator would have been helpful.

Dear All, Please note that this is my personal frank opinion about this accommodation without being biased or prejudice towards no one. This is worst hotel I have ever been in my life due to the following reasons as shown below: AC not working Rooms are dirty Toilet sink was blocked Maintenance staff very very poor Rooms smells bad Beds are not comfy and creaky. Buffet was poor and not clean In general I am advising everyone not to even try it even for free. Thank you

Very dirty toilet when I checked in. Asked them to clean when I was stepping out, but they didn't. Changed the room, again the same thing.. Cleaner came with a rag, touched the dirty places with her bare hands and just rubbed as if she was cleaning. DisgustingNever going there again.
