one word is highly enough to describe this hotel: perfect. I have not seen or experienced anything bad or unsatisfying. Red coloured sink & closet and illumination design of room are what i love the most.

Sürekli kaldığım yer bu sefer hayal kırıklığı yaşattı. Resepsiyon görevlisi yalnızca giriş işlemi yapıp oda kartını verdi tek kelime konuşmadı, kolum ameliyatlı idi belboy karşılamadı valizi kendim çıkardım. Oda tam temizlenmemişti. Akşam saat 22:30 da sandviç için oda servisi çalışmıyordu. Orayı böyle görmek üzdü, bir dahaki sefere umarım düzelir.

Bathroom needs change

Staff was good enough but bathroom was Kinda disaster there were pee marks near toilet. The toilet seemed so old dont know if it's clean or not because it's black. Sink was painted to white after so many uses. I honestly think bathroom needs to be changed completely. Other then that it was okay for the money you are paying

Horrible experience

I can't recommend this hotel to any one It has poor hygiene as we entered the room under the bed my little 2 year girl picked up some nuts thats really dangerous for a year child. And at night the restaurant had only one meal to orrder Then in the morning I called to have my breakfast in the room as my daughter was sleeping, they refused to bring it to the room and called me and said you must came and take it yourself It was a horrible experience

Temizlik vasat, diğer şeyler çok iyi

Temizlik dışında herhangi bir problem yaşamadım. Oda gayet rahat ve güzeldi. Standart oda almama rağmen, suit oda verildi, bunun için teşekkür ediyorum. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı için çok iyiydi diyemem. Ama doyurucu ve genel ürünleri bulabileceğiniz bir kahvaltı. Sadece sıcak büfe bitmesine rağmen yenilenmedi. Ama temizliğe kesinlikle daha fazla özen gösterilmeli. duşun sabunluk kısmında önceki misafirden kalan sabun duruyordu. Ve çok fazla su lekesi vardı, silinmemişti. Bunun dışında her şey güzeldi.

Otel iyi ama yönetim iyi değil.

Rezervasyonumu yaparken çift kişilik yatak ,tek kişilik yatak ve küçük çocuk için portatif yatak şeklinde rezervasyon yaptım.Otele vardığımda portatif yatak veremiyeceklerini söylediler.Oysa beraber gittiğimiz diğer aileye vermişler çünkü odaları daha genişmiş.Bizde çift kişilik yatakla diğer yatağı birleştirelim çocuk ortada yatsın dedik.Yatağı çektiğimizde altından terlikler,kuru yemiş kabukları,topak topak tozlar ortaya çıktı.Bu otelde gördüğünüz yerler üstün körü temizlenmiş,görmediğiniz yerlere hiiiiiç dokunulmamış.Otel güzel,merkezi yerde ama biraz daha temiz ve dikkatli olmalılar.Sabah kahvaltıda da masa ve çay bardağı konaklayanlara yetmedi.

This is a clean hotel with good staff. However I have complaints about several points. 1. The room is not as big as advertised. I paid for the Deluxe room which should be around 30 m2 per Expedia, but it was much smaller, I measured it to be around 18 m2. 2. Walls are not sound proof, you can really not only hear but also understand what the next room is talking about. 3. Seems like there have only one key policy, Staff insists it is related to the safety But anyway around the world they give you 2 keys as default.

Herhalde ilk ve sondu.

Oda kotta olduğundan tek pencere bakçe merdivenine bakıyor, camı açınca klima fanlarının hemen dibinizde sesi çok rahatsız edici. En komik olanı ise oda ve banyoyu cam ile ayırmışlar. O yüzden banyo tuvalet açık gibi düşünün hiçbir mahremiyet yok.
