Spacious clean room, Love the design of the building both interior and exterior. Building immaculately clean. Staff were brilliant, enjoyed breakfast good selection could possibly have had a couple of additional items. Mescit (prayer room) next to restaurant, large room beautifully decorated with multiple prayer mats, superb not seen in any other hotel.

Hotel staff very helpful. English speaking. Very clean, friendly, Only thing I would've like is to have safely handrails in the bathtub. Around the tub should be better repaired. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely come back at my text visit to Ankara! One more important thing, the buffet breakfast is included, and was very satisfactory.

We stayed one night in this hotel. The property is good, clean, convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options. Their room was clean and spacious, the bathrooms and shower are nice with good water pressure and good temperature. Front desk staff was not very friendly, and made us feel like “another annoying guest ”. If employees at the front were little more friendly, our stay would be excellent.

Check in was perfect, rooms are spacious, I took NON smoking room and still had the cigarettes smelling. A/C wasn’t working, they told me that they are putting a new AC unit after the check out. Overall it was ok.

Fabulous clean hotel with superb customer service

I think this hotel totally deserves to be called five star + hotel. Amazingly clean, airy, well maintained hotel in the heart of the city. I usually don’t like the carpets because they are very dirty no matter how much they vacuum but this hotel probably renovated it recently, we didn’t feel stuffy nor allergies. Bathrooms were sparkly clean, not a single moldy smell, hotel set their air system well that bathroom never stayed wet long time. Beds were clean and very comfortable, rooms were ventilated nicely, even we could open windows, no noise even though we were right next to a busy road. Rooms had lovely views as well, not to forget to mention a beautiful terrace restaurant at the top level. Hotel staff was extremely welcoming, warm, smiling, genuinely sweet and they definitely made our stay very pleasurable. Here they truly focused on customer service, being a frequent traveler this is very important traits I look for in any hotel, at metropolitan hotel - Ankara they definitely nailed it. Special thanks to Ömer Bey for his fantastic customer service which made our stay so comfortable, even helped us order our food online as we didn’t know and the gesture of lovely welcome fruit plates, we absolutely appreciated. We went for few days but after being comfortable we extended our stay for over 10 days. We will be back when in Ankara thanks so much for your hospitality!!

Çalışanlar oldukça nazikti. Ancak otelin odası 4 kişilik aile için küçük ve konforsuzdu. Klima düzgün çalışmadığından pencereyi açık tutmak zorunda kaldık . Şehrin gürültüsünden uyumak zor oldu . Kahvaltı ve çeşit olarak yeterliydi .

Ich war bereits im Oktober/November 2024 im Hotel. Im Vergleich zu meinem 1. Besuch hat sich das Hotel massiv verschlechtert. Personal: die beiden Empfangsdamen am 30.05.25 konnten mir nicht erklären, warum meine gebuchte & bezahlte Reservierung nicht in deren System auffindbar war. Somit musste ich mit einer pflegebedürftigen Begleitung 4 Stunden in der Lobby ausharren. Man hat sich nicht 1 Mal nach uns erkundigt oder mal ein Glas Wasser angeboten. Nach 4-stündigem Warten und mehreren Telefonaten meinerseits mit dem Online-Buchungsportal & dem Drittanbieter konnte ich ein Zimmer bekommen, jedoch nicht Deluxe, was ich bereits bezahlt hatte. Man wollte mir auch keinen Beleg geben, sodass ich mir die Zahlungsdifferenz ggf. später selbst zurück holen kann bzw. auch beweisen kann, dass ich Deluxe gebucht, aber Standard erhalten habe. Ich habe selten unfähigeres und ignoranteres Hotel-Personal gesehen, als hier und heute. Sauberkeit: mein Kissen hatte beim Einzug mehrere gelbe Flecken, was für ein 5-Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel ist. Die Papierbox im Klo hatte grade mal 5 Tücher drin. Ausstattung: die Fenster sind undicht! Da man an einer permanent befahrenen Hauptstraße wohnt, muss man sich an Dauerlärm vom Verkehr einstellen. Grund sind die Dichtungen, die locker sind & teilweise komplett fehlen. Der Gestank von Zigarettenrauch zieht hinein, wenn in den Nebenzimmern geraucht wird. Für den hohen Preis ist das Hotel keine 5-Sterne wert! Besser andere Straßenseite buchen!

İlk etapta hotelse yazılan isteğim dikkate alınmamış. İkinci olarak ise ben bi otelde ilk temizliğe bakarım fakat yatak yanları ve ayna önleri dahil tozluydu. Tuvalet kapısının arkası yanmış gibiydi. Seçeneklerde klima yazıyor içerik olarak fakat oda aşırı sıcaktı ve resepsiyonu aradığımda otelin merkezi sistem olduğunu söyledi ve soğuğa geçilmediği için klima sadece sıcak üfürüyordu ve resepsiyonist cam açabilirsiniz diye saçma bir söylemde bulundu. Cam açtığımızda ise dışarının sesinden sabah 8 de uyandık. Konaklamam 1 gündü iyikide 1 gündü. Bir otelde diş fırçası olmaz mı ? Yoktu. Bunun yanında bir buz ve 2 bardak 40 dakikada geldi. Her şey anlamında vasattı asla gelmeyeceğim bir daha.
