Ich bin einen Tag später angereist und habe die Unterkunft selbstverständlich im Vorfeld darüber informiert. Den ersten Tag habe ich trotz verspäteter Anreise regulär bezahlt, was für mich völlig in Ordnung ist. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass mein Zimmer nicht verfügbar sei, da es zwischenzeitlich anderweitig vergeben wurde. Begründet wurde dies damit, dass das Zimmer „nicht leer stehen dürfe“ und ich deshalb warten müsse. Ich halte diese Vorgehensweise und insbesondere die Art der Mitteilung für unangebracht. Wenn mir vorab oder bei Ankunft erklärt worden wäre, dass es zu einer kurzen Wartezeit kommt, hätte ich dafür Verständnis gehabt. Die Aussage, dass mein bereits bezahltes Zimmer einfach weitervermietet wurde, empfinde ich jedoch als wenig kundenorientiert und nicht professionell.
