The room was very dirty the fridge was not working tv was not working when i asked the staff they said it it is not working at all rooms were not clean no water in the fridge dont waste ur money here.

Room was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good. Only negative point is they advertised as theirs room has air-condition but it was actually heating only. So keep in mind you looking for air con room then this hotel is not for you.

I stayed two nights there. The best thing about this place is its location. The room lights were terrible. Actually not enough lights in the bathroom that could even shave. Breakfast was awful no fresh fruits, juices and tea tasted bad and no coffee at all. Air conditioning didn’t work. It was like a 3 star hotel.

Well ı can say for staff 10/10 they ate very friendly helpful but unfortunately hotel tecnıcally terrible very old and so manythings broken or not working also something so silly for example you can’t watch tv if you want watch football impossible because of some reason match channel private if you want pay and watch again impossible it is so silly you can’t watch free channels TRT 1 because of silly reason as o say hotel tecnıcally terrible shower tap and shower facilities terrible bed not comfortable you can find another hotel cheaper and more quality

Hotel is ok but the air conditioner was not working on the first night. It was a warm night and I could not sleep well. Also, the refrigerator from the mini bar was not working and I needed to cool my insuline. I asked for another room but they couldnt help me. I would like to request a refund.

In spite of good outlook, internally not okey

Pros: - centralized location, close to subway & bus stop to airport, great breakfast Cons: - stuff is not adequate (receptionist trying to joke with guest in stead of fostering check in process), rooms are out of date and dusty furniture. Firstly offered room has bad smell due to the AC problems (receptionist knew about it), another room was with broken window locks. Inside lightening was weak.

Es wird mit kostenlosen Patkplätzen geworben, aber reinste Lüge KEINE Parkplätze vorhanden. Auf Anfrage hieß es, es wurde noch neu vom Amt Verbotsschild aufgehangen. Essen katastrophe sehr trocken und meines erarchtens nach legen die bedtimmt die Sachen vom Vortag mit auf die Theke. Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht, auf Anfrage heißt es "es ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit wenig kraft" ich würde sagen gsr keine Kraft. Es gibt keine Schilder ob die Zimmer gereinigt werden sollen oder nicht erst am vierten Tag nach unserer Ankunft hieß es auf Anfrage, wenn wir im Foyer bescheid geben leiten die es weiger damit die Zimmer gereinigt werden. Zimmer sind garnicht wie Auf den Bildern Duschen Katastrophe und jeden Morgen kam über Rohre des Waschbeckens von der Toilette ein ekliger Geruch. Lediglich das Personal war nett. Jedoch Ansonsten auf garkein Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel eher 1 Stern.
