The room was very noisy and smelled of cigarette smoke. There was not enough running water in the toilet and the lights were inadequate. For my next trip, I would book another hotel.

Room was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good. Only negative point is they advertised as theirs room has air-condition but it was actually heating only. So keep in mind you looking for air con room then this hotel is not for you.

I stayed two nights there. The best thing about this place is its location. The room lights were terrible. Actually not enough lights in the bathroom that could even shave. Breakfast was awful no fresh fruits, juices and tea tasted bad and no coffee at all. Air conditioning didn’t work. It was like a 3 star hotel.

Well ı can say for staff 10/10 they ate very friendly helpful but unfortunately hotel tecnıcally terrible very old and so manythings broken or not working also something so silly for example you can’t watch tv if you want watch football impossible because of some reason match channel private if you want pay and watch again impossible it is so silly you can’t watch free channels TRT 1 because of silly reason as o say hotel tecnıcally terrible shower tap and shower facilities terrible bed not comfortable you can find another hotel cheaper and more quality

Hotel is ok but the air conditioner was not working on the first night. It was a warm night and I could not sleep well. Also, the refrigerator from the mini bar was not working and I needed to cool my insuline. I asked for another room but they couldnt help me. I would like to request a refund.

Pros: - centralized location, close to subway & bus stop to airport, great breakfast Cons: - stuff is not adequate (receptionist trying to joke with guest in stead of fostering check in process), rooms are out of date and dusty furniture. Firstly offered room has bad smell due to the AC problems (receptionist knew about it), another room was with broken window locks. Inside lightening was weak.

Es gab im Bad keine Handtuch Halter. Die Vorhandenden Handtuchgitter sollten nicht über der Toilette angebracht sein sondern entgegengesetzt angebracht werden! In der Dusche konnte man den Duschkopf nicht anbringen❗️ Im Zimmer waren keine Kleider Garderobe. Der Teppich hatte mehrere Brandflecken❗️ Das Zimmer hatte viel Staub. In der Gastronomie waren viele Speisen nicht zugedeckt, die Qualität der Olivien und Käsesorten waren nicht in guter Qualität, der Tee war nicht gut zubereitet, Kaffepulver war nicht frisch! Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Bestilt røgfri værelse fik en stank af smøger Ifølge deres hjemme side skulle de have privat parkering. Men der var ikke nogle parkering du skulle finde en plads ude på gade.

Otel giriş saatine yaklaşık 2 saat daha olmasına rağmen arkadaşlar yardımcı olup beni bekletmeyip girişimi yaptılar gerçekten emekleri için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Güzel, iyi bir otel ve konaklama oldu. Sadece oda ve tuvaletlerin temizliği konusunda çok daha dikkat edilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Konum ve hizmet kalitesi olarak iyi bir otel, sadece temizlikten dolayı tercih dışı olmamalı.

Otelin Camı Bozuktu İçerisi buz gibiydi Resepsiyonsan odamızın camının bozuk olduğunu söyledik Odamızı 2 alt kata taşıdık Aynı durum orda da vardı Sifon çalışmıyor kötü kokuyor Sabaha kadar sıcak klima çalışmasına rağmen donduk Sokağın gürültüsü odanın içerisindeydi ve camlardan soğuk geliyordu Duş heli ve şampuanı tek kullanımlık değil Benden önceki kimbilir ne koydu içine Duş bile alamadım Bizden önce oda kullanılmıştı Sifonu çalışmayan ve klozettin etrafı pisti Hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü deneyimi yaşadım Sabah kahvaltıda da bikaç peynir ve kullan at ürünler vardı Yorumumu okuyan herkese faydam olur inşallah saygılarımla

Soğuk ve ışığı yetersiz oda olduğunu söyledim, ofislerde kullanılan ayak ısıtıcı fan verdiler, birde masa lambası vermeyi önerdiler,dalga geçer gibi... el feneri verseydiniz ! Ve ilk odada sifon çalışmıyordu onu yaptılar, sonra soğuk diye oda değiştirdik.. .... Aile için hiç uygun değil.. Kahvaltı peynirleri ve paket dandik marka reçelleri çok kötüydü,reçel suyu hatta... Odalardaki kart okuyucular formalite,çalışmıyor. Kart takmadan ışık açılıyor..El sabunu bile talep ettik de öyle koydular odaya .. Oda değiştirdik soğuk diye, orası da çok farklı değildi. Pencere kilidi tutmuyor sadece çektik..öyle durdu. Kesinlik
