I came here for 5 Days to do a medical exam and honestly the experience was really pleasant, even tho i don't speak turkish at all the staff were really helpful and professional. The bartenders at the hotel's cafe were also really nice. The breakfast was fresh and versatile. The hotel location is excellent i don't think you can find a better location for central ankara. The room is spacious enough for one person. The only thing stopping me from giving the room 5 stars is the window's noise cancellation, which was a bit poor icl even tho i don't mind the noise but it was there.

I like the location of the Hotel. It was located in a safe area and very close to popular areas for shopping, dining, transport, etc. My room decorated very well and it was very clean. But there were some noise coming from water pipes in the bathroom in the nights, also some unpleasant smell after the shower. Hair dryer was not working properly. Staff was helpful but they seemed unhappy or unsatisfied, particularly the staff working in the breakfast/cafe area. No smiling at all. But they were still very helpful and kind when you ask something.

The window didn't close completely, so there was no sound insulation. The room overlooked a very busy street, making it very noisy. The flooring needs replacing; it's in very worn condition.

Çalışanlar kibar ve güler yüzlü. Malesef otelin ses yalıtımıyla ilgili çok sıkıntı var. Yorumlarda hep aynı şeyi okudum ama 7 sene önce kaldığım otel olması güveniyle tekrar rezervasyon yapmıştım. Fakat bütün gece ses yüzünden uyuyamadım. Otelin bakımsızlığı ise ayrı bir üzücü durumdu. Pencereyi kapatsanız bile sanki açık gibi dışarıdan des geliyor. Yan odadaki en ufak tıkırtı sesini dibinizde duyuyorsunuz.
