It's one of the best hotels for our trip. Very spacious room, comfortable, had all the amenities we needed! Valet parking, breakfast buffet, restaurant on-site. When we checked in, staff was smiling, but at dinner, breakfast, and getting our car, no warm greetings. But overall, loved our stay here!

Pleasant experience

The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The location is very convenient, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. The staff was very polite and helpful. We recommend the breakfast as there was a good variety. This was our second stay and we plan to come back. Thank you for the room upgrade.

Excellent location 2 minute walk to heart of Kavaklidere area of Ankara. Staff was exemplary. The breakfast and other meals were great. I had all my meals at the hotel, even though there are many rrstaurant choices in the area. My only complaint room was too warm, even for winter.

Excellent location. Hotel is modern and clean. Close to the centre of action. Staff could have been more accommodating and think outside the box. Arrived only 90min before check-in time and while room was understandably not get ready, check in staff were resistant to providing interim arrangements, such as Internet access. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Clean rooms and good breakfast buffet

Yusuf was an excellent employee at this hotel and provided a fantastic customer service way beyond his responsibilities. He made this hotel feel like a home among friends. The cleaning staff, her name is Emine, always made sure the room was clean and really nice. She is so friendly, polite and a super employee. Thanks to Yusuf and Emine I have no problems to consider staying at this hotel again in the future. Hotel Occidental are lucky to have them.

The girl on the reception doesn’t know anything at all. The gym is so poor we can’t call it even gym, and it was smiling fries all the time inside the hotel everywhere.
