Worth it !

Definitely priced right. People working are professional. Some maintenance problems are prevalent. If traveling to Ankara during warm weather I would recommend it to stay there because of a nice outdoor pool.

Horrible hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was terrible. The air conditioning didn’t work for 3 days they gave us a new room every day so we stayed in 3 different rooms and no AC the bathroom was not so clean. The pool had several missing tiles and limited sun beds. And if the sun beds are full you can’t enter the pool area. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone. The view from the hotel room was like a joke, there is an apartment building next to it and they can se right into the room if the curtains are open. Don’t go there unless you want a terrible experience!

This hotel is for IOM interview people

This is a old hotel with a very unfriendly service. They will charge you extra with any excuse they get. There are only refugees stay here, lots kids, noises and slow elevators. Avoid if you can .

The Worst Experience: Total Disrespect and Broken

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Before booking online, I called the reservations desk and received verbal confirmation that we would be provided with an extra bed. However, when we arrived late at night, despite being exhausted, we were kept waiting in the lobby for over an hour. The night staff told us that since the morning staff made the promise, they could not honor it. As a result, I had to spend the entire night sitting in a chair. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior was truly shocking to me.

Lovely staff but needs refurbishment.

Lovely staff, they were the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was also good (Turkish style breakfast). However, the hotel itself need a little refurbishment. I asked to switch rooms, but even the non-smoking rooms smelled of stale cigarettes. On another negative note, I had issues with other male guest trying to get into my room late at night, scary but reception were quick to help. I also heard other male guests shouting late into the night, which is not the hotel’s fault, but it has put me off coming back.

Klimalar çalışmıyor. Bunun içinde sizi geçiçtirici sözde bilgi vererek. Cihazların özelliği bu, soğutma sıvısını biraz düşürelim vs. bahanelerle gelindi. Deluxe oda rezervasyonu olmasına rağmen iki tek kişilik olarak birleştirilen yataklı oda verilip gece itiraz ile alt katta farklı odaya transfer yapıldı. Yataklar aşırı rahatsız. Yastık seçeneği yok. Personelin genel yaklaşımı güzel.

Хочу оставить очень негативный отзыв об этом отеле. Зарезервировали номер за 2 дня до заезда на сайте hotels.com добавили завтра к цене за номер. Через 2 дня заселились в отель нас было 3 человека. Но в номере было все на 3 человека. На просьбу дополнительные вещи принесли только постель. На следующий день утром оплатили еще один день тоже с завтраком Reception Cihan принял деньги. Когда пришли на завтрак нам сказали что оплата без завтрака. Сказали что необходима доплата но оплата была за день раньше в Reception с дополнительной доплатой за завтрак. На Reception требовали оплатить дополнительно завтрак. После неприятного разговора мы решили выселиться с этого отеля деньги на следующий день нам швырнули в лицо без извинений. И потребовали оплатить дополнительно за кофе в бассейне время написания чека 18:30 в это время мы находились в торговом центре есть чеки. Это было последней каплей. Кондиционеры в отеле работает очень слабо система вся старая. Кондиционеры не работают даже в лобби. Хорошо этим вечером было прохладно спали с открытым окном. Завтрак был отвратительным. Сервис тоже. На столько звезд этот отель не тянет никому не советуем этот отель.

Det luktar rök på hotellrummet, och AC funkar dåligt. Poolen är endast öppen mellan 10-18 och de har ont om handdukar. Service vid poolen var katastrof.

Ertesi gün biz söyleyince temizlik yaptılar. Asıl sürprizi biz çıkarken yaptılar int sitelerinde evcil hayvan kabuledildiği için tercih ettik.Evcil hayvan ile ilgili int sitelerinde ek ücret talep edilir gibi bir ifade OLMAMASINA RAĞMEN bizden çıkışta ek ücret talep ETTİLER. Kabul etmediğimi söyledim vermeyin o zaman diyip memnuniyetsiz bir ifade ile cevap verdiler.Kendilerine int sitelerinde neden belirtmediklerini sordum cevap vermediler.
