The hotel staff, especially big man :) were incredibly kind, professional, and always quick to resolve any issues. During my one-week stay, I changed rooms three times, and each time he handled everything promptly and with a positive attitude. I would give the staff, especially Mr. Big man , a 10/10 for their excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they had a few minor issues.
