Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They don’t give the exact room when we book.We booked their superior room with pool view which is more price compared to the the room which they gave us even if we ask why did you have such room they are shouting on us and made us to stay 2 hrs in the lobby just to give us the room finally they did not have us the room we asked for .The manager their was very bad person he treat the tourists as worest as he can and the price for one night for one will be vary from manager and the front desk girl they say different prices where manager says more price and when we ask any help or any questions about stay don’t respond us they say talk to Expedia support when we contact the Expedia support they don’t help in between of the chats the agent will get disconnected .The stay is very bad they have different images while booking and the stay will not be the same . We were struck in between Expedia support and the hotel management . Please stay away from this hotel and make your trip time wasted .
