This overgrown chalet is known in the area for its excellent food and wine selection, especially in the Maximilian Restaurant. Deer's bistro shares the same kitchen, but is simpler and less expensive. The hotel is right off the autobahn, and on a main highway, so it is not the quietest. The multilingual staff is pleasant and helpful. There is plenty of free parking.

A warm and welcoming experience in absolutely stunning surroundings. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the mountains and Neu-Anif. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, approachable, helpful, and spoke very fluent English which was very helpful given the lacking quality in my German. The food at the restaurant at both breakfast and dinner were fabulous, and the staff were likewise incredibly friendly and accommodating. The process of catching the bus from the hotel to Salzburg Zoo was very easy, facilitated by assistance from the desk staff. This experience was absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend Hotel Hubertushof strongly enough! Vielen Dank!!

Our hotel room is very spacious and clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast which had plenty of food to choose from. The bus stop to Salzburg is right outside the hotel. The staff provided us with the bus pass with no extra charge.

No WiFi in the rooms, even if I showed inside the room there was no WiFi and I was using my data, they told me the problem was with our phones the whole family of three . I am a disable person and the step to enter in the shower is to high and dangerous. The front desk assistant name Tera was unhelpful and unprofessional she never looked in to my eyes when I was talking to her she was just looking at the computer screen . There was no complimentary water ( given how hot it was ) there was no complimentary coffee or tea ( given we was in a 4 star hotel ) the selection of soap looked cheap and the only thing in the bathroom for three guest was one small bag with three cotton buds . My partner burned the scalp of her head drying her hair with the hair dryer as hot it was and the cleaners wander in the guests lift with sheets on their shoulders ( don’t know if there clean or dirty ) . One more thing of the many I forgot, there was No air conditioning in the room but two fan one for each bed space. And we couldn’t open the window because the room was on the very noisy street . The only good thing which is worthy to mention , is that I enjoyed very much The restaurant and the staff was very good, professional very friendly and perfect service .The food was fantastic too . Aside that , the worse experience I had in a 4 Star Hotel ever. And, I did work in a 4 star Hotel my self as Head Chef for over ten years, and I know perfectly how things should be done.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war von der Auswahl sehr gut. Nur war die Wurst sehr dick geschnitten und auch die Gurken. Ebenfalls das Obst war in so grossen Stücken geschnitten das man es vorher fürs joghurt nochmal schneiden musste. Im allgemeinen sicher ein schönes Hotel. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist naja. Aber vielleicht ist der Standart von einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht mehr so hoch wie es mal war. Das ist mir auch schon bei anderen Hotels aufgefallen. Haben bei der Abfahrt einen 30 Prozent Gutschein erhalten. Ob wir den je einlösen glaube ich eher nicht, aber mal schauen.

Très bel hotel Autrichien typique avec buffet déjeuner bien garni. Par contre nous déconseillons pour l'été puisque la chambre ne comporte pas d'air climatisée. Cette chambre donnait sur une route très bruyante, de jour comme de nuit, qui nous obligeait d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Les couettes ne sont pas adaptées pour l'été.

Había pedido habitación para 3 personas pero me dijeron que no tenían. Tuve que reservar otra adicional y pagándola, pero la original si contaba con sofá cama para la tercera persona. Así que fue un gasto extra innecesario. Pero lo peor es que la habitación individual la cama estaba muy mala y no tenía aire acondicionado el cual nunca comentaron. Pasé pésima la noche. Hice el comentario al día siguiente pero de nada sirvió. Para colmo, el desayuno, el huevo tenia pequeños pedazos de plato roto. Definitivamente no es un hotel de 4 estrellas como lo comentan. Solo el exterior está muy bonito.

Extremely hot during visit and hotel has no air con. Therefore difficult to sleep as did not cool down at all. The hotel is on a main road just off the motorway. It’s 20km from berchtesgaden and the Eagles Nest. It has no real amenities close by except supermarkets and a gas station. We ate in Berchtesgaden as it had life and better option. The hotel is ok for an overnight stay.
