The beach is very beautiful! The hotel needs some updates in the rooms, the food somewhat repetitive but it was a good stay, hotel is located about 2 1/2 hours from Rio, but it’s definitely worth the visit

I did not realize this was primarily a family resort with lots of kids. The beach was lovely and there were lots of chairs--but there were no areas to escape all the kids. the food was marginal. we would not stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone other than a family.

Boa localização, a 20 minutos de carro do centro da cidade. O quarto, na ala norte, era antigo, precisando de reforma. A recepcionista informou que apenas a ala sul foi reformada. A praia é tranquila, sem ondas e muito integrada ao resort. A piscina é grande. No fim da tarde há muitos mosquitos entre a piscina e a praia. Necessário usar repelente. A limpeza de algumas áreas comuns não é tão boa. Vimos sujeiras na escada de acesso aos quartos que permaneceram lá por todos os dias. E havia um elástico de cabelo de algum hóspede anterior no box do chuveiro do quarto. Há muita opção de comida em todas as refeições, mas nem tudo é de grande qualidade. Durante a estadia, tivemos direito de utilizar uma vez um restaurante à la carte com reserva. O atendimento foi caótico, mesmo com pouco mais da metade das mesas ocupadas.

A localização sem dúvida é o ponto alto do Resort. Os funcionários tbm são super solícitos e educados, mas fora isso foi uma decepção sem tamanho. No quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, sabonete no chuveiro diluído com água e toalhas já bastante desgastadas. A parte da comida é algo que nunca comi tão ruim em um all inclusive na vida. O café da manhã era a única coisa que se salvava, de resto… vc comia pra não passar fome. Não só bastasse a péssima qualidade da comida, quando ela era colocada se aglomerava de pessoas e com menos de 10 min já não tinha mais nada com a demora pra repor as vezes por mais se 1h. Enfim… não voltaria JAMAIS e sinceramente não irei mais pra nenhum all inclusive do vila Galé (que fui uns anos atrás no de Touros e foi uma experiência completamente diferente). As vezes a gente paga um all inclusive pra evitar sair do hotel pra comer, mas teria sido ter saído e comido algo de qualidade. Muito decepcionante…

O hotel é bom e a praia é linda, mas achei a gestão um pouco desorganizada, principalmente na questão da limpeza da praia, pois pratos, copos e lixos deixados pelos turistas só são recolhidos no dia seguinte, o que faz com que a praia fique suja no fim do dia e algum lixo ainda chegue no mar. A torneira do quarto vazava e as duchas na piscina também, desperdiçando água. O restaurante Versátil é gostoso, mas os temáticos nem tanto. Ainda assim, tivemos uma boa experiência no geral.

A limpeza deixa a desejar, a comida pouca variedade de carnes, impossível marcar jantar, pois só é permitido um restaurante a cada 3 estadias, e nunca tem vaga, mas o restaurante fica sempre vazio, acho que por não ter estrutura para o atendimento, bebidas razoáveis, atividades poucas. Pelo valor cobrado como 5 estrelas, eu não voltaria. Já me hospedei em vários resorts no Brasil e fora do Brasil, perde para todos, acho que para chegar em 5 estrelas, deveria analisar o atendimento dos outros. As praias são lindas, mas no Vila Gale não voltaria.

Instalação de quartos impecáveis, ficamos no 1092. Quarta e banheiro extremamente novo, limpo e espaçoso. Piscinas limpas e espaçosas. Acesso ao mar perfeito, o mar é bem calmo e relativamente quente nessa época. Equipe da recreação das crianças maravilhosa, porém não espere muitos brinquedos para crianças. Ficamos decepcionados com a comida, a comida é trivial de um resort, porém não tem tempero e nem sal. A questão das sobremesas são um desgosto a parte, todas são lindas, porém não tem gosto de nada. Ficamos extremamente decepcionados, no café da manhã e da tarde os bolos são horríveis, sem gosto de absolutamente nada. A equipe da recepção é extremamente educada e prestativa. O caminho até o hotel é extremamente perigoso para quem vai do estado de SP, passar por Lídice é muito pior que passar por Cunha. Há muitas curvas, opte por tomar um medicamento se tiver problemas de vertigens e enjoos.
