I did not realize this was primarily a family resort with lots of kids. The beach was lovely and there were lots of chairs--but there were no areas to escape all the kids. the food was marginal. we would not stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone other than a family.

No había personal suficiente para la cantidad de gente, no limpian las habitaciones diariamente, la atención de recepcion es un desastre. No explican nada. La comida de muy mala calidad. Colas interminables para todo Impresiona ser un hotel en quiebra. Es una lastima porque el entorno es hermoso y parece haber invertido en renovación de habitaciones recientemente. No volvere a visitar esta cadena de hoteles.

O atendimento do restaurante ruim com filas pra atendimento, limpeza das mesas tendo que reclamar diariamente e quando precisava de um talher ou guardanapo mandavam que fosse pegar nas gavetas. Infelizmente essa é a terceira vez que vamos passar o réveillon lá e infelizmente essa foi terrível. Precisando de reformulação de pessoal, somente os marleteiros dou nota 10.

Acredito que o Resort não estava preparado para o volume de pessoas nesta semana. A arrumação do quarto só passava após às 16h. Quanto ao restaurante degudo o mesmo problema deixamos de jantar por conta de 1h antes do encerramento já não estar disponível os grelhados, por exemplo. Outro ponto acredito que poderiam melhorar no entretenimento norturbo pois faltava por exemplo uma música no bar, mesmo que fosse um playback. No geral o resort é ótimo em suas opções de comida e bebida e o arendimento self service ajuda bastante.

Negativo: Comida, restaurantes temáticos, bebidas oferecidas limitadas tanto em locais (disponibilidade) quanto em qualidade, chopp na chopeira heineken é de outra marca, queda de luz frequente, filas para bebidas, sorvete, etc. Devido a chuva, hotel não estava preparado para atividades indoor, bebidas só podem ser pegar no bar com chuva. Frigobar com nada alcoolico, apenas com poucos copos de 200ml de agua. Hotel ideal para se empantuurrar de comida de baixa qualidade se quantidade for mais importante que qualidade.

Hotel muito bom! Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos! O que deixou a desejar na minha opinião foi o entretenimento para com os hóspedes! Pegamos 2 dias de tempo feio e frio no sábado e domingo quando o hotel estava mais cheio e a equipe do hotel simplesmente não inventou nada para os hóspedes se distraírem…foi só abrir o sol na segunda que eles fizeram uma pequena gincana que durou apenas meia hora…ou seja pecaram nesse sentido! No restante sem reclamações!

Achei boa, porém alguns pontos a serem melhorados. Borrachudos na praia, que me morderam a noite, muita mordida, se soubesse tinha levado repelente. Abelhas na máquina dos refrigerantes e da chopeira, muito incoveniente, pra tirar chopp quase leva mordida delas. Acho que a comida podia ser um pouco melhor, ter mais variedades, sempre os mesmos pratos. Mais eventos a noite tb e mais opções de drinks.
