Bom hotel com problemas a resolver

Hotel de bom padrão, café da manhã bom sem nada especial, mas atendeu necessidade. Quarto com bom tamanho, cama grande, sacada ampla e banheiro com banheira e pia grande. No entanto, os lençóis não eram do tamanho da cama, foram adaptados sobrepostos. Também não foram trocados quando já demonstravam estar sujos o suficiente para troca. Outro problema grave foi a agência de viagens que o hotel mantém em suas dependências, a Angra Ways, que vendeu pacotes mais caros que em seu site, ou seja, os hóspedes do hotel são punidos por utilizar a agência indicada pelo hotel. Além disso em um dos passeios a atendente da agência não indicou a opção com almoço, que é vendida pela agência e que poderia ser utilizada no passeio, onde quase todos na escuna compraram desta forma, inclusive na mesma agência, nos deixando pagar bem mais caro no local. No total gastamos um passeio de uma pessoa a mais em 4 passeios (2 dias para um casal). No mais entendo que o padrão de resort poderia ser melhor explorado pelo hotel, ou buscar melhores ofertas para manter os hóspedes usufruindo de toda sua infraestrutura.

Recepcionistas e manobrista muito simpáticos. Pessoal da arrumação desatento, ficamos sem toalhas de banho por horas. Pessoal do restaurante desorganizado. Volume grande de hóspedes, equipe despreparada. Pessoal da recreação adulta extremamente indelicados e até arrogantes com os hóspedes. Agora o pior momento foi o funcionário da limpeza da piscina ameaçar jogar cloro nos hóspedes que ainda estavam na água. Nunca vi uma piscina de hotel fechar as 19 no verão. Fiquei horrorizada. Não recomendo

O Lugar é maravilhoso, piscina ótima, equipe de recreação super atenciosa. Porém o restaurante deixa muito a desejar. O ar condicionado no restaurante não funciona e a comida não é muito boa. Alem disso não há atendimento nas piscinas, você precisa ir até o bar, e ocasionalmente falta gelo e vários itens do cardápio.
