The hotel reminded me of a small resort which was nice. They have security at the entrance which makes you feel safe. The pool area was my favourite part, very beautiful view. There’s a shopping mall in walking distance which was very convenient.

We booked the 2 bedroom waterfront room which was spacious for our family of 4 and had 2 bathroom. The kids had their own twin beds and the adults room had a king bed. The property has 3 pools, an infinity pool, a toddler pool which both were unheated. There was a smaller heated pool. The hotel restaurant has semi limited selection and is reasonably priced. The downside is the menu is only avail in Portuguese but the few meals we had at the restaurant was delicious. If you choose not to eat at the hotel, you are about a 5 minute walk to a mall (Shopping Piratas) which had several restaurants, which we did not try. The included breakfast was simple but in my opinion better than what you find in the US hotels that include breakfast. A big plus for this property is that it has its own dock, which was convenient specially when you charter a boat to visit the region by boat. The one thing for visitors is to bring your adaptor for plugs as the hotel does not offer US/Canada style plugs and we were forced to go to the local mall to buy the adaptor as the hotel did not have any to lend out. The hotel did have ones avail to buy, but would just recommend the 5 minute walk to the mall to buy the adaptors.

It is an okay hotel but definitely not 4 stars. Breakfast options are limited. Rooms are not so bad but not luxury. It is by the sea, but not on beach, nore is there a place to swim in the sea. Max 3 stars.

Gostei do lugar… mas aqui vai umas ressalvas ….o restaurante do hotel deixou a desejar pouca variação no café da manhã e na meia pensão (jantar) não tinha buffet e não davam nem água nem refri, tive q pegar as bebidas e ninguém avisou nada sobre, o próprio restaurante ficou meio perdido, acho q não é hábito pedirem meia pensão lá … O quarto do hotel é grande e espaçoso mas os móveis são meio antigos em contra partida a vista é linda O lugar é limpo e bem arrumado e os funcionários são foram atenciosos Tem duas piscinas mas apenas uma aquecida … fui em agosto então apesar de sol na dava pra ficar na piscina maior pq a água é gelada, mas a piscina quente ajudou Voltaria ao local, sim, gostei Detalhe a vista do hotel é igual a foto, lindo !

Quarto com goteiras , que ficaram pingando durante toda a noite. O sofá-cama é péssimo, e quase impossível de dormir nele. Travesseiros são ruins. Tive problemas no atendimento de pedidos no bar da piscina, pois o hotel remanejou quase todos os funcionários para o preparo do almoço de Páscoa, deixando totalmente comprometido o atendimento no bar da piscina.

Um bom hotel

Um bom hotel, embora seja de frente pro mar ele não tem praia que se possa entrar. O café da manhã é normal. Os quartos são bons e grandes. A manutençaõ geral do hotel não é boa. O atendimento dos funcionários é bom, quero aqui destacar o atendimento da Ana Cláudia da equipe do Café da manhã, ela é atenciosa e simpática.
