Nice, spacious apartment with a great pool and ocean views. Right next to a wonderful ocean swimming pool. The location is out of the way of restaurants and shops, so planning to drive into Angra do Heroismo for meals is necessary.

Good but noisy and should have AC

Positives — the apartment is modern, and very clean. We were greeted by Mr Domingos who was very nice. The swimming pool is also nice. Negatives — the location at first glance seems very good, close to the sea, by natural swimming pools. But the truth is that there are a lot of people in the area coming in and out and thus there isn’t a lot of privacy. Moreover, the camping on the other side of the street was very noisy at night. The noise was made louder because we needed to keep the window open as the apartment gets super hot and there is no AC. Finally the extra fee of 30 euros in cash only and for which there is no receipt is a shame given the price.
