Beautiful hotel and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable. The spa area is lovely too, though it can get a bit crowded, and the sauna is quite small, with room for only 2–3 people. Breakfast was good, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay even better. Thank you!

Beautiful property, great amenities, and very short walk to the beach. It was also close enough to central Biarritz. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, but much smaller than expected. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel, attentive staff, great location, very good value for a 4/6 bed suite, ideal for a family, spa facilities were excellent, indoor and outdoor pool, less than a ten minutes walk to a fantastic beach, Biarritz only 15 minutes drive away, also local buses just outside of the hotel. Local shops a short walk away. It is located on a golf course, we do not golf but the bonus was that it is set in beautiful grounds.

Lovely new addition to Basque region

The hotel has great decor, good food and provided a relaxing stay. However on our last night we accidentally left a pair of Oakley sunglasses on our table. There was a real lack of interest from staff to locate these. For a small hotel and as the only guests left in the restaurant it seems unlikely they could have disappeared without a trace. Very disappointing response from staff and management.
