Spacious room with enclosed deck area although directly overlooked by balconies of rooms above. Had hoped there would be bit of grass in the ‘garden’ for the dog as per other hotels on our trip, but totally covered with decking meant we had to take dog through hotel to entrance for a wee first thing in the morning. Hotel right next to public beach with nice beach bar and other amenities.

Hotel was absolutely amazing. The only caveat was there was no room service after 10pm - not even for a beverage if you wanted one. No vending machines, no staff had access to any beverages. Had to walk outside in the freezing cold to the hotel next. door to ask their lobby if they had an orange juice.

De manière générale l’hôtel est ok même si le statut d’un 4 étoiles mérite mieux mais la proximité des plages sauve l’ensemble. La problématique est ailleurs, c’est plus un club de vacances qu’un réel hôtel. Facturer l’accès au SPA / Lagon, passe encore, mais facturer des bonnets de bain et des slaps (obligatoires!) dont l’existence n’est nullement indiqué sur leur site / réseaux sociaux est très limité pour un 4* surtout connaissant les autres spas alentours. Au passage, il est, au mieux, rigolo que constater que sur leurs vidéos de promo site et (!) vidéo de welcome dans les chambres, les personnes profitant des installations n’en portent nullement! (#pubmensongere) Bref je conseille d’autres établissements alentours qui sont à la hauteur de leurs étoiles.

Très bon sejour dans cet hôtel, nous n'avons pas testé le spa parce que les avis n'etaient pas très encourageants et l'entrée est payante en plus de la chambre. En revanche nous avons testé le brunch qui etait bon dans son ensemble même si il manque certains éléments, comme du jus d'orange , des céréales par exemple ou des fruits frais.

Personnel à l’accueil sympathique mais en 2025, demander de remplir une fiche manuscrite avec nom prénom adresse postale mail téléphone (il ne manquait plus que le numéro de sécurité sociale) c’est un peu déroutant , demander ensuite le voucher de réservation (que j’ai prépayé) et de demander à l’envoyer par mail tout d’abord sur l’adresse de l’hôtel qui ne fonctionnait pas puis sur l’adresse mail personnelle du réceptionniste, ce fut un démarrage complexe, et en 2025, c’est un peu obsolète !!! Chambre au rdc bruyante (tous les passages dans le couloir), qui provient plus de la qualité d’insonorisation notamment de la porte. Chambre sale par endroit (saletés et cheveux). Le « dévidoir » de papier toilettes « feuille à feuille » c’est déjà du niveau d’un « Cheap Hôtel » et de plus, le support en lui même noir a une matière plastique obsolète qui se désagrège, tout ceci est un peu light pour la modique de somme de 130€ (prix remisé!!)

Très bonne expérience familiale nous avons etait tres bien accueilli par le personnel la chambre etait propre. Seule point negatif et pas des moindres la piscine payante qui n'est pas spécifié lors de la réservation et au vu du prix de la chambre je trouve ça très exagéré surtout que l'accès n'est même pas illimité en fonction de cotre séjour...
