Vacations Close To Sweetland Amphitheatre at Boyd Park

While the hotel was very clean I feel it has a bit of a decor identity issue. Boutique hotel or bed and breakfast (minus the breakfast). I expected more with all the fancy communication after making the reservation, but fell first after.

This property is a must if you’re looking for a stay that has all the perks of the city plus the vibes of being on a beachside resort. Everything about the hotel is very well maintained, bright, and vivid. We always enjoy the pool for its rooftop view as well. The rooms are very accommodating as well. I believe each one has a cooktop, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and microwave.

The staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean as was the entire property. Overall, a terrific experience. Would recommend and would return.

Overall, loved the hotel and location, and the staff was superb — from the valet to front desk! Great hotel. What kept it overall from a 5 for me was the amount of things broken noted throughout the experience there. Examples, toilet didn’t work (the tank had issues filling with water), half the shade pulls worked, an elevator was down for repair, a handy cap lift was down, the jacuzzi at the pool was down, etc,, some of which compromised the guest experience. But overall, I had a great experience. I’d give the place another shot.
