Bom hotel, novo, ainda em fase de melhoras (estão construindo piscina e sauna, com previsão para junho de 2025 conforme nos disseram). O quarto que ficamos era bem apertado, mas limpo e a ducha é muito gostosa. O café da manhã é bom, daria nota 8,5, com boa variedade mas sem requintes. Não gostamos do fato do café ser até as 10h e às 9:45 começarem a tirarem as coisas sem ao menos nos perguntarem se gostaríamos de servir mais alguma coisa. Achamos isso rude e provavelmente tem a ver com a falta de um gerente no local. No geral porém gostamos da estadia.

Gostamos do hotel, mas um gerador barulhento foi ligado do nosso lado do prédio. Um barulho absurdo que impossíbilitava abrir a janela.

Tivemos uma hospedagem com toda a familia divida em 3 quartos. Nosso quarto no primeiro andar foi ao lado de uma familia que deixou um pet sozinho durante a noite enquanto eles estavam fora da propriedade. Este pet latiu continuamente, chorava muito e balançava a porta fazendo ruidos durante toda a noite e madrugada. Ligamos na portaria por 3 vezes, eles contataram o dono do pet, mas não retornaram quando foram informados da situação lamentavel deste pet. Falamos com a recepção e nos informaram que assinaram um termo de compromisso para cuidar do pet o tempo todo. Pela manhã, desceram para tomar café e novamente o pet ficou sozinho com o mesmo comportamento da noite anterior. Com certeza é um caso gravíssimo tanto para os donos do pet como para o hotel.

Hotel novo e bem confortável, porém precisar intruir seus funcionários a prezar pelo conforto de seus hospedes. Fomos acordados as 07:15 da manhã de sábado por falação em voz muito alta pelas próprias camareiras no 4° andar . Uma na nossa porta e a outra provavelmente no final do corredor. No café da manhã se negaram a fazer um omelete, já que o ovo servido parecia crú e aquado com liquido branco.
