Well located, well presented and very clean. The restaurant and bar are not open on Tuesday or Wednesday this time of year but there are a few eating options in town and a also well provisioned CooP. Happy to recommend.

I don’t think it stated self check in when I booked it originally. I was open to new ways but it only subtracted the hospitality greatly. Has narrow stairwell to drag your luggage up. I saw no staff until breakfast. The staff was friendly and warm. BF was as simple but plenty. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of shelve and closet space. Balcony was nice. Bathroom small with a very high tub to get in and out. Toiletry was good quality. Convenient location to the train station and the gorge.

The hotel is well located, an easy walk into Andermatt. The room was spacious, the bathroom was a squeeze. Breakfast was pretty lack lustre with a few pastries, cereal and ham/cheese. Unfortunately there were a lot of flies on the food which was out (the pastries, bread, cheese, ham) The check-in was a pain, would it hurt to have keys... Expensive for what it was. But clean

Problem with my room key, so they gave me a free upgrade - very nice thanks. No tea/coffee making facilities and no usb charging points. The shower was really good apart from the head being in the wrong place. The breakfast was really good, although the restaurant was not open in the evening. Would recommend to anyone.
