“Clean hotel but poorly maintained for western standards. The breakfast was disappointing for Indonesian standards. I was a nice hotel at some point in history.”

“You have to download another app to check into this place and someone also has to meet you to open the door as it’s a private apartment not part of the hotel. Its in, You definitely need to do it early because it takes the guy one to two hours to get there so with flight delays or anything like that, it is quite the ordeal The other thing is the Internet did not work and once you’re in contact with them after you check in, they close the chat and through their app Travelio you can get it in...

“Incredible services and people. I enjoyed quite a lot coming back after a stressful work day. The only reason I may not give 5 stars, is because my floor room, the wood part, had some splinter and I did injure my foot (nothing terrible but a bit uncomfortable) Besides that, everything else was 10/10.”

“Very nice hotel. Excellent ”

“Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Bimo on front desk. Property very clean and the room very comfortable.”

Mal. ”

“Not happy with the location. Didn't feel safe walking around. Mold in room so I was moved to different room that was a bit better. Mold still visible. Gym equipment not well maintained. Enjoyed the pool. Restaurant was ok. Staff gave me wrong address to the beach and I ended up being dropped off with Grab and wondered around lost. I wouldn't stay there again.”
