Favorite Accomodation in Alaska!

We absolutely loved it here. The owners/staff were very kind, helpful, and went out of their to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, views are amazing. It was peaceful, yet very family friendly. We highly recommend this B&B!

This was a spur of the moment stay for us. Worth every penny. Lovely views, clean, large, comfortable. Attention to detail. Great breakfast lemon blueberry pancakes, included the stay.

What a nice surprise this was! Wish we could stay longer. Everything about this place is well done. The snacks and drinks in the lobby area after a long drive were a welcome sight. Amanda was flexible with us on check in time. I can’t recommend this gem enough!

This place is amazing. The collection of Alaskan art and artifacts is unreal. By far the nicest place we stayed on our trip (stayed at 5 spots) and a great value. If I ever need a place to stay in Wasilla, this will be it, hands down.

Amazing views from the property. Even though just outside of town it felt like we were in a remote area. The owners were super sweet and accommodating. Plenty of snacks and drinks available at all times and the breakfast was super! Frittata and lemon/blueberry pancakes! Would definitely stay again. Very reasonably priced too!

A wonderful gem less than an hour from ANC

This was an amazing find!! You feel literally at home when you walk through the door. There are snacks, comfortable common spaces indoor and outdoor. The view is beyond beautiful. The host and her family are beyond accommodating. I have recommended staying here to everyone I know that plans to go to Alaska someday.

We had to fly out of Anchorage the next day, but the last thing we wanted to do was end a wonderful Alaskan vacation in the middle of the city, so we stayed at Pioneer Ridge B&B and it was extraordinary. Setting and view were spectacular. Lots of eye candy all over the lodge, Our room was beautiful and very comfortable and the lemon blueberry pancakes in the morning are to die for. Thoroughly recommend this peaceful, beautiful stay.

This property was absolutely wonderful! The staff and service were amazing and they were all very hospitable. It was very well decorated and our room was perfect. They even offered us a rollout bed so our kids wouldn’t have to share! They also had a game room that my kids loved and a beautiful viewing deck. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as well and they made gluten free options for my husband. I can’t say enough good things about this place! We will be recommending to any family or friends who come to the area.

This is a perfect B&B in my opinion. Owners were nice. Clear check in instructions. Great communication. Amazing property with wonderful work of art. Delicious breakfast. This place is adorable. Amanda was welcoming and helpful. Our room, the “Fishing Room”, was filled with fun things to look at and had a big clawfoot tub in the beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. We didn’t come all the way from Florida to stay in some chain hotel—this place is off the beaten path, quaint, clean, safe, and I’d highly recommend it. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Pioneer Ridge BB. The hotel is located at a beautiful and quiet place. It is a family owned place and feels like home coming. The interior decorations are elegant and beautiful. Shannon is very nice. She heard that we had to leave early so she made sure that we had a warm and delicious breakfast by 7am.

Wonderful hosts! Exquisite country views! Just simply caring people. Host went over and above to prepare breakfast for us in advance as we had to depart very early....and on top of it, catered to my vegan and gluten free diet.
